Very bad customer service staff also there are don't know how to talk with customers. Very poor slt panadura.

One of the worst SLT Branch. Panadura staff is very lazy and can't even take a small responsibility. Worst service ever.

New refurbished service centre. Lacks space old location had much space. No customer waiting area. One has to que uotside the door. Sevice is avarage due to COVID protocol.

A little confusing at first, but amazing customer service (actually very fast) and also they can solve most network related technical problems

3 counters for SLT, only 1 counter for Mobitel.
Small parking space, about 3 cars can be parked.

This place is newly built in the same place and the place is less crowded and you can pay your bills without waiting for a long time. The service is very good. You can pay your bills using a machine if it's less than 5000.

The worst customer service ever for 4G/LTE router users. I don't know about the service for other internet services but their 4G customer service is really bad. Also their 4G service center is closed nowadays.

Worst signal ever, Very poor signal connection. When I am Joining with the meeting through zoom automatically, signal drop and out from the meeting. When I am asking for remove the connection they asked me to come to the kotte and handover every thing with pandemic situation. Poor Service and Poor Signal Connection.

Worst place ever. They don't give a good service. Even don't know how to speak with the customer.

Need more customer care officers for SLT bcz there are many people waiting for hours. Billing counter also the same.

THIS IS THE WORST TELECOM SERVICE PROVIDER EVER. EVERYDAY DAY THEY HAVE DIFFERENT EXCUSES, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED.

They never answer the phone.ordered ADSL and peo tv connection a week ago.they said connection will be receive in a week.and now week is gone, also it's keep saying line busy i tried over 20 times already

Worst place ever. They do not help there customers always they said more reason for do nothing. Customers must stand out of the building in with sunbathing. After that security do no know to communicate with customers. Service center does not support for customer the said many more reason for doing simple thing. Very bad experience.

Hopeless service. Agents dont know how to address an issue, they cannot give a proper answer, proper dead line based on SLA. When asked for the Customer service Manager they wont allow to speak to her.

Totally dissapointed. Will go tomorrow again to see the issue as my ID number has been changed to someone else's number.

Please keep proper staff who can handle issues of customers.

Customer service is awful. You have to keep calling them because they keep hanging up. Wasted so much time trying to contact them. When the line connects, no one seems to know what the problem is. (I think the account wasn't set up properly)

New Slt and mobitel in panadura is now opened, now you can get the services of SLT and Mobitel in one place.
Service arw really good and speed one of my service is done under 10min in mobitel service. Also the very friendly coustomer service is giving them.
Parking are available in front of office and the side of the office.
All sanitized methods are avilable in front entering side.

WORSE PLACE IN PANADURA. Total scammers. DO NOT RECOMMEND SLT CONNECTION. SLT is a thieves lair.they steal money.

App and SLT broadbrand connection is worst connection ever. We got fiber web family package wifi connection and we got xtreme broadband bill for web family package. And we complain about it to the SLT office in rathamalana twice. And after we got fiber connection we didn't anything but one day 5GB is over. SLT broadband service is worst connection ever. SLT IS WORST SERVICE!

The Panadura branch mobile line is engaged forever. Utter nonsense! I don’t see another way to reach out to them other than visiting them in person.
