Zero service. SLT will not answer your call. Even top management. Shame to call SLT Panadura as telecommunication service provider.

I was trying to contact since last week but hotline is engaged. Worst customer service ever seen.

Panadura SLT contact number is eternally engaged & even when ringing no answering. Poor telephone etiquette by telephone leader.

Really frustrated about SLT. Still, My phone line, PEO TV, Internet all connections are not working, I have complained more than 15 times since in the morning. But no one comes to solve the issue. Customer service 1212 also really bad. Someone hold me more than 15 minutes without reply. Last week I moved to FIBRE connection. I think that may be an issue. Because no supervisor came to review after installing FIBRE and the technical team was providing very bad service because they were in a hurry didn't care about anything. They need only install and leave whether connection work or not. So don't move to FIBRE. SLT charged an extra 2000 for connection but they didn't provide a better connection.

People are not seems organized. I went for change my remote of Peo TV. Get the thing done but attitude of some of the staff are not positive.

Very bad customer care service. I requested for internet connection on 30th of april and still no response.therefore, I've gone to the slt branch panadura. Its two days now but still no any response.very bad service.

Paid my bills and got all my details in just 5 minutes - they have increased their efficiency.
