Fair place to stay. Bit mosquitoes. Rooms are neat and nice but the bathrooms if maintained well would have been better

We had such an perfekt stay in Hotel Agape.
The Lady from the Hotel Management was so friendly and helpful, always making sure we have a good time and giving us many Tips for the Arena around Mannar.
Overall the Service was extraordinary, the Staff was very friendly and extremely courteous.
The Food at the Restaurant, which is directly on the hotel premises was very cheap and good!

We had an outstanding time with Fazil, who is also working in the hotel. He organized us a private tour around mannar. He was our tourgide and brougt us to talaimannar with a bus, showed us some wonderful beaches and drove us werever we wanted to go.

It is also to mention, that we got an free upgrate of our rooms, which were very comfortable btw. As we wanted to extend our stay for another night at the last minute, it was no problem at all for the hotel, so they are very flexible as well.

I stayed there two nights in August 2023. The staff are so friendly and supportive. The room was clean but the TV didn't work and there were no facilities to make tea. The dinner was served in 20 minutes dealy. But overall I enjoyed my stay there

A friend of mine wanted to eat here with a family because they couldn't afford it financially. The children in particular were very happy. Unfortunately, the owners of this restaurant didn't see the kids eating here. The reason was that there were white tourists in the store. Very unfortunate and immoral.

Just a basic hotel in Mannar, since you don't get many options this is worth the money compared to other options available. But when it comes to food no options at all. They will just offer fried rice/kottu/noodles. Even for breakfast just one option. You have it or leave it. Parking can be tricky if the place is full. So mind full about that when making the reservation. Not many restaurants in Mannar either. Bathrooms can be improved a lot. You don't have a place to keep your soap when bathing in the shower cubicles. Card payments are accepted.

The rooms are clean and well arranged. The place is easy to find and has parking. The lady at the reception is friendly and helpful. There's not much variety when it comes to food items. But the sea food, dosa, and chutney they provided are very tasty.

Basic air-con rooms, en-suite bathrooms with hot water, clean good quality linen, and the first floor rooms come with an electric kettle. Perhaps, the best in Mannar town.

Decent accommodation facilities with restaurant. Walking distance from the District hospital, pharmacies and schools. Selective Sri Lankan foods available including take away facilities.

The hotel is a basic one. However, compared to other same category hotel this is value for money. Staff are ok. Some times they don't clean the room properly and balcony area. Restaurant is opened but some times they do token take orders properly. Place is calm.

This is the best place to have lunch or dinner in mannar city.
But the thing is this place little bit far away from the city.

Noelene is an excellent cook and hostess. Nothing was too much trouble. Spacious rooms with good a/c.

Didn’t get good food options for the dinner.
But breakfast was great with authentic tastes.

Good place, haven't stayed here myself but had visitors who stayed here. The general setup and feedback was good. Having an early breakfast might be difficult; they need to improve on that. Sufficient parking space, good rooms, a parlour, waiting area and front desk. One of the few decent aces in Mannar to stay. The quality of hospitality business in Mannar is improving due to competition and the number of visitors increasing in the recent years.

Water pump near it buzzes the whole night, despite host promised it will be silent (we asked 3 times)

One of the best curries I’ve had in Sri Lanka. Extremely cheap and massive portions. Beef + 5 veg, 280 rupees! Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff very kind and attentive.

Good place to take your meals in mannar you can get rice and curry at lunch.breakfast and dinners. Prices are affordable. Clean.reccomended.
