Just visited this place did not stay. It has 12 villas with beautiful views. Some villa have indoor plunge pool and some outside very small plunge pool. If u want Serenity and tranquility this is the place. Honeymoon suites are the best

A serene place but needs a lot of improvement as the hotel is old and needs retouching. The gym is abandoned and closed down. The food was good but has room for improvement. The staff was nice and friendly. Had an overall pleasant stay but the above improvements should be made, to live upto the expectations for the prices charged.

Wonderful experience with so many different occasions. Special dining arrangements and room arrangements are wonderful. Great environment and lots of birds. We fed the peacock family that is always around. Open pool is also like a private pool. Just 50m to the lake that we walked. Recommended for a longer stay.

One of the few Sigiriya rock view hotel. Very nature friendly and can have your privacy since very limited number of rooms are available.

One of the best hotel I stayed in, located at a forest and there is a very good chance you see elephants or other animals, the room is old but looks authentic so it is some how leveraging your experience, even room amenities and furniture followed the same design, In case they think of renovate it must be done carefully so they dont lose this authenticity touch, restaurants is good with good breakfast, I took two rooms one has inside pool and others has a private pool outside, very friendly staff and very helpful, I highly recommend.

Good place to spend your leisure time. Calm and quiet. If you have time visit the spa. Food is good but better if they have some verity.

The hotel affords a unique experience of being somewhat close to nature. We enjoyed the plunge pool and were thrilled by the visit of a hungry peacock one morning. However, the washrooms were not well maintained. The hotel speaks of a sense of lost grandeur.

As a whole it is a great hotel, spread out in a vast area. The private pool however was way too cold. And when we made the booking on the phone we were told that we get complementary massages and a candle light dinner but when we went there they said that we'll have to pay for it.

Environmental healthy place around sigiriya area which is very large in area and have so many activities to do in there.nice freindly staff and food was mouth watering.well maintanined rooms equipped with every needy kitchenettes and spacy bathrooms with a tub and an open area for shower

The place and rooms are absolutely beautiful. The pool is nice as well. But the price of the buffet (breakfast or dinner) is too high regarding the choice of food.

One of the best hotels to be in if you happen to in or around Dambulla. The scenery is breathtaking and the food is commendable.

The staff is extremely friendly and courteous and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

We stayed two days at the hotel.and they made our anniversary destination remarkable.large and unique rooms with all the facilities. Very clean and quiet environment.food was superb! Very calm hotel. Nice view of Sigiriya rock. It's good for honeymooners but little bit expensive. Very relax place. Very huge area with beautiful nature. Comfortable room with private pool.

Well. I wouldn't give five stars anymore. Amazing hotel in amazing location. But very poor management. Lot of tiny details are excluded. Like in my rokms there one of the bed side cupboards had no locker and when we asked for a three pin plug they failed to offer us one. Even the hotel staff complained that the management is poor and they are not well treated as well. Soo idk.

Teriable experiance. When I call to book the they said that they have buffet. But when got their same day they got only a set menu with little choices. (Only 4) and we cannot customise that set menu too.
The service provide by them also bad. I think they don’t deserve to have 5 star status.
