I recently stayed at the Royal Terrace holiday bungalow, and it was a delightful experience. The bungalow itself was charming, offering a serene ambiance and comfortable amenities. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the caretaker, Shermila. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality enhanced my stay, making it truly memorable. I highly recommend Royal Terrace for a relaxing getaway, thanks in no small part to Shermila's outstanding care

The place is located at a beautiful location. We bought dinner and it was delicious. Hot water was available 24hrs. The damp carpet of the room floor created a kind of unpleasant smell throughout the night. Bed linens and curtains was dirty. The room and bathroom had dirty corners.

Everything is okay but be careful with the their water and the the lady were there.
Water is not clean we were stayed two days suffered from loose motion.
Doors cannot be completely closed little space were there so privacy is not good.
The entire floor was completely carpet therefore comfortable for our foots. The morning view and entire view is amazing.

Great location. Resalable price. It has four bedrooms that can be sleeps eight in comfort. Manager of bungalow is very helpful and friendly. Few minutes drive to city centre. If you have Lowered vehicle will not be able to drive up to the carpark of bungalow but you can park down hill and walk.

The care taker lady is very rude for breakfast she served me an ice cold milk rice which had stale taste when i ask about it she said it was cooked this morning but it didn't taste like it was cooked the morning I had stomach issues all that morning after i ate that rice for night she cooked this veg fried rice which was over priced at 1500 lkr and it didn't taste good to had a very bad experience never recommend this place to anyone visiting nuwara eliya my humble request is if you do check in to the hotel don't eat there eat outside if you eat there you will definitely have stomach issues i will guarantee you that

Everything is fine. A beautiful environment. A beautiful bungalow. Very quiet environment. But the value of all of them is lost due to the actions of Mrs. Sharmila who works there. Because she is a cunning woman. If you are going to stay there for two or four days, you should give her enough food for about four days. She also eats those foods. Asking 1500 for the rent for a BBQ. I finished a bottle of coconut oil and 250g of butter for four meals.

It's the great view and quite place.receptionist is here. Good place to enjoy our vacation. Food is cooked according to our needs and we can cook and eat.it's maked me feeling comfortable

The location is very beautiful. Nice house. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The care taker helped us well. If i had a complain it would be the food and drinks served here are over priced.

Very old and extremely dirty place. Do not stay there. I paid the full amount in advance and visited the place.oh my god! The place was a mess and we did not stay.

A very comfortable bungalow with a wonderful view located in a calm environment. Sharmila is very hospitable, helpful, and friendly. Her food is very tasty. All the rooms were very clean, and we stayed there for 2 days. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good holiday experience in Nuwaraeliya.

The place is really nice and the views are breathtaking but there was a huge issue, the woman sharmila needs to learn how to treat customers. It seemd like she lived there. It doesn't even matter but the worse part is the bed linens are dirty and she comes into the bungalow and sits on the main sofa and watches TV. Whenever we go out she stays in the bungalow. Plus she works there as the chef and I found a dead worm on my plate. The place is good but that sharmila woman needs to learn how to treat customers

Terrible.washrooms are too small, there are no any heaters in the bungalow, not enough space in the living area, strictly prohibited entering to the kitchen area, the care giver lady is too much, the foods we provided not fully utlize and food have been stolen, satisfactory service not given, i never recommend this bungalow to Anyone.

The place is nice and clean. Beautiful and misty environment was there.service is good. They didn't supply towels coz covid. No heaters in the rooms. Hot water available. Manager sharmila is friendly and can request meals which we want. Additionaly charged every meals even bed tea (150) without breakfast. No restaurants near by. You have to go city.

Cozy place. Although it needs some renewation and modern amenities. It seems like it has not been used. Was moldy on the walls and toilets was not clean.
The care taker is amazing she is a superwoman. Will go out of the way to satisfy your requirements.

Actually amazing very nice place to stay in Nuwara - eliya. Location was very beautiful in the top of Tea plantation.
We already got full Of Bunglow It was very resonabel rate. Their foods were very delicious and it was made by themselves.
The Manager Sharmila Aunty Is managing the property and excellent hospitality service. She is very helpful to the guests. Sharmila Aunty made by foods as per our requirements and foods quality and so testy.

Room services also maintaining superior level. Actually nothing to say their any bad comments.

Scenery was good but the person who is looking after the place is involving too much with the guests and she stays in a room inside the house. Kind reminder to take extra salt packets, oil and vim for her use. Some of the facilities they promise to provide are not available.
