Located in really nice place. But very disappointed about service. Specially front desk. Rooms are clean and well arranged.

We have booked this hotel for 2 nights per 6 person and one night for 2 persons.
But when we came here on the booked date. Lunch was not prepared for us.
Then they were messing things up. They promised to give us buffet but they suddenly asked to give us a la carte menu. They said they will prepare buffet for dinner but their food all time was horrible. Second day we got lunch at a small restaurant at Town it was 100 tikes better than the hotel food.
They have only kept 3 of the 500 ml water bottles for three person rooms for all three days.
And only tea packs available for one day.
Also the staff at the front desk seems not friendly though.

Well worth of price. Next to main road. Food is testy but limited options due to lack of people.

Place is okay. But when you stay with FB dont go for it. Its money waste. There are providing ලුණු සම්බෝල සහ ලුණු වලට chicken ආණ්ඩ rice. & provide small qty. Im not recommended this hotel for stay ang hvn foods

We had lunch in this place. A good place for meals in Polonnaruwa area. Nice restaurant by the pool.

Great location, monkeys walk around, helpful staff, nice clean pool.
Normal breakfast. Very tasty milky tea.

Garden is great.
Pool was clean and well maintained. They seem to spend alot of effort to maintain the garden which is great and results were visible. Food was tasty. Service was great. Friendly and courteous staff.
However what was concerning when we were there was the quality of the rooms.they need some uplifting. Bathrooms were not clean.
Had problems with the water pressure. Suggest to revamp with new quality fittings and work on the water pressure.

This location is excellent but management is very poor.glasses and dishes are very dirty and it stinks and used in foods with very unhealthy flavors like monosodium glutamate.when i was in the pool, the monkeys stole my wallet and fled in to the wood.so i lost my drivers license, bank cards, there is no any system to protection from monkeys.if you visit this place keep in mind to take your meals from out side.the swimming pool is in good condition.

This place is conveniently located. Landscaped garden space is pleasing to the eyes. Rooms are spacious and amenities are sufficient. Kind staff. BUT they rent this space for PARTIES. They get very loud, intolerable and irritating. Once the crowd is drunk management is voiceless and the crowd wont listen. They go on singing and dancing till very late. Lovely place but you are taking a chance. If you are lucky you will enjoy the space, if you are not you need earplugs.

Decent hotel and close to loads of the tourist spots. Staff were amazing, beautiful setting aswell

A decent place to stay and dine if you are visiting Polonnaruwa for a vaccation. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They have a very good menu for all three meals that taste really good. Rooms are clean and pleasant and are equipped with basic amenities only. The hotel is very close to the archelogical site area which is an added advantage.

Food portions for the price is reasonable and the vibe and ambiance is really good. Taste of the food can improve more.

Stayed for just one night. Food was really good and the staff were really friendly and helpful, the garden was kept clean at all times. Room (no 101) was clean but unfortunately the TV was not working properly and reported to the staff but not attended to get it working.

Excellent service, best hotel in Pollonnaruwa.
Very reasonable prices and superb quality.
Highly recommend this place. Entrance should be a bit highlighted. Restaurant manager’s hospitality was on point, he was really nice on us. Definitely gonna come back.

Great experience, unlike other places we have been in Sri Lanka. Beautiful place.my children loved the pool. Food is very good & worthy for the price. We got a superb set menu. The restaurant manager & hotel manager both are very helpful. The room has all facilities they mention. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to have a relaxed time. Beautiful & calm surrounding with beautiful nature. Food was fabulous and service is superb.

Their services was very very slow. We had waited 1.15 hrs for a meal. They haven't given good priority to their customers.

Beautiful place.my children loved the pool. Food is very good & Worthy for the price you pay. We got Buffet on weekends and Superb set menu on Monday. Resturent manager & hotel manager both are very helpful. Room has all facilities they mention in bookings.com, hot water, iron, air condition, toiletries, dialog tv.
But few changes to be done. Rooms are clean to your view but needs to be clean more (under the beds, bed covers, shower cubicle glass,) Cleaning staff is not supervised. Hot water shower head needs to be change.
I will give my 5 stars if thees changes are made.

Very poor customer service. Prices were higher than mentioned in menu. No non -smoking area in the restaurant.
