The place is very quiet and calm. Rooms are modern, clean, comfortable with A/C and large windows. We had rice field view. Owner is very kind and serves breakfast which are rich and very tasty and big potion.i really enjoyed the fresh fruits they serve from their garden. The location is very good close to Sacret city.thank you

Very good place. Nice view. Rooms are very clean. Owner was very friendly and treat us very well. We ordered food also. And Food was very tasty. This is next to a paddy field.

Spent a few nights at this beautiful family owned guest house. The view and sunset is stunning, the food is delicious and the family is so kind and helpful! We came back for a second time a couple weeks later. It's about a 5 minute walk into the town. Highly recommend this amazing place ️

Owner is friendly and attentive to visitors needs.
Rooms are new, clean and tidy. Small concern is for double room there are no clothes racks. But for family rooms clothes racks are available.
Food is tasty.
Overall, the place can be recommended.

I had a very pleasant stay here at Man Guest. I came very spontaniosly and got a warm welcome. The rooms are clean an comfortable, with AC and fan. I had the room with view over the rice fields, which was amazing to sit and rest in the evening. Breakfast can be eastern or western, but take eastern ;-) dinner was also very good. The hosts are very nice people and I highly reccomend staying here. Also I could rent a bike to visit the ancient city.

Owners throw drunk parties till late at night and ignore request to stop the music. Can sadly not recommend: (

Very nice guest house. I found it VERY refreshing, that for a change it is mostly run by a woman. She is a super kind lady which helps you with everything. The says her English is bad but I had no problems at all understanding her. I felt very welcome at this family run guest house, especially thanks to her. The rooms are super clean, the view onto the rice fields beautiful and the food delicious. It’s also very close to the entrance (museum) of the ancient city. Highly recommended!

Mixed feelings. The room is very clean and nice - especially the wonderful view is the reason to go there. The owner´s wife is a extraordinary friendly woman. She cooks very delicious food. Portions are huge.
But - compared with other places and hotels where we ate before the price of the food was too high. Just talk before. Unfortunatly we didn´t do like this, we just trusted. But men there seemed to be quite fixated on money. Especially be aware of the owners brother/cousin (Tuktuk)!

The owner and her husband are very kind and warm people. The room is very clean and big enough. Breakfast is perfect. Very near to ancient city. She can arrange a tuktuk to visit all places in ancient city. I recommend to rent a tuktuk. You can finish in 4 hours all must see places.

We stayed for two nights at Man Guest. A beautiful place overlooking a vast rice paddyfield. Rooms are very clean and tidy with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. However, what made this place truly standout was the exceptional service provided by our hosts Ruwan and Nilushi. They went to great lengths to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Nilushi is a masterchef when it comes to the local cuisine. As absolute must try!

I don’t have words to describe how grateful I am to have stumbled upon this place by chance. It’s a lovely guest house, super clean and neat! The hosts are the most adorable people and they have my heart:) I totally recommend staying here when in polonaruwa, the rooms are excellent and the food delicious!

We absolutely loved out stay here and we are sad we can’t stay longer! The space, the surroundings, hosts, room, everything top notch!
The location is very serene, off the main road (but short walk to it) just on the side of the rice fields, which we could see from our room and the shared terrace too.
The room is very clean, looks brand new, the bathroom spacious and new as well.
Make sure you eat in house when you stay here, both dinner and breakfast was amazing.
The hosts are lovely and their hospitality is heartwarming, it makes you want to stay for longer.

Great place! Excellent location, very close to the ancient city. Bike rentals are available at a low charge and the owners are very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful view on the rice paddies from room one too.

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Exceptionally reasonable prices. Cable TV and air con readily available. Friendly staff. Simple but fine breakfast. Ideal for a short stay

Exceptional hospitality. The location is ideal, and there is plenty of parking inside the complex. The greenery view is soothing. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent. Good size rooms. Would recommend it to anyone.

Great views over rice fields with an abundance of wild life. I think we even saw an otter or maybe a mongoose.
