King’s Burger

Stale/bad quality processed food, the entire place smelled like damp and mildew and they didn’t offer delivery service when it was advertised.

I loved their big daddy burger it was worth the price. The portion was big at the same time taste good. The staff was friendly and their very fast.

Not cheap, not very tasty - normal (almost western) fast food but nothing special. Would not recommend, since there are much better options. Try some authentic food stands instead.

One of the best places to have Burgers and Submarines in the eastern coast. I would say the only good place. Recommend highly to every one.

My husband and I went there today to have lunch. The food was really good! We had the zinger chicken burgers (real chicken, not processed food) and shared fries which were also very tasty. We will definitely come back to try the biryani. Also they have A/C.

The service is poor and prices are reasonable. I went there with my friends. I bought crispy chicken submarine (Rs. 1150.00) and Chicken Bulgogi submarine (Rs. 1050.00). I like this place however.

We went there for lunch. Very poor service. The staff doesnt know whts available. We ordered briyani the tqste was poor even though they charged premium price. Poor quality and poor taste food i dont recommend to anyone

Previously this location was quite good with the best service and delightful meals. But when I visited last time, they showed poor service. Nobody was available to get our orders. No water provided. We had to get to the cashier and bring the tissues. Further, the quality of the meal also degraded.
When considering the atmosphere, we selected the family corner which separated from the restaurant but under one roof, because of the number of people with me. The bit was ok since it was not affected with the outside due to less contact.

Worst experience ever in dining here. I just went there a few weeks ago for a take out a submarine and a burger for lunch. The outside is awesome and looks great. After i enter the shop there is no one there. I walked a few minutes here and there before i found someone to talk to. He is not aware of anything and escorts someone for the inquiry. He is worse than the first one. No manners at all. He says no to every choice i made. Service is the worst here. I returned to the Pizza hut instead. If someone needs to do a good business please teach your employees to greet and talk to a customer.

Good place to enjoy a decent burger if you are around Trincomalee. The staff and owner is very friendly. The place is super clean and the food is very good as well. The prices of the food are also quite reasonable.

Food was edible with no sign of quality or taste. The beef tasted like an old boot and there were no chips provided on purpose.

Went for a take away. Before the order is made, said certain items were not available. After making the order says there is only 2 submarine buns and only burgers are available. Ridiculous. From the time we entered it was a mess. Do not make it your choice. Choose a different place.

I've always been a customer of theirs for the last couple of years. Will have at least one meal here every time I visit this restaurant. No regrets.
They can increase the Biryani rice quantity a little more as the taste is good, we would always like to have more.
Most importantly, the hand washing area and toilet cleanliness to be improved a lot. I won't give even a single star if I have to consider that. I would love to see this young man growing and improving. Restaurant area and interior was good.

Its fun to see a knock off BK but the food quality is poor. Taste of the beef and or chickenpatty is below average same goes for the veggie sandwich.
Maybe you should try the Biryani but why do that in a fastfood joint.
Dont go if you are a BK fan.

Tasty burgers which were served quickly by the friendly staff. Its like a mixture between KFC, Subway and Burger King. I think the burgers are better than Burger King, in terms of price and taste. Hope they will find their own way instead of using Burger Kings name and brand characteristics!
