My freinds and I came at to different time. I came last to the hotel separately. Staff wouldn't even let me in even though my friends tell them to let me in because I am the third person in the triple room. But the staff wouldn't let me in we have to call the owner and clear things up with him.

We stayed here for a night in a double room. Even the drinking water is not free.

There is no provision for warm water for bathing. If you don't ask you won't even get the basics included like bathroom soap and towels.
The only positive was that cost is on the lower side and the TV was working.

Budget rooms with reasonable price and peaceful environment. Luxury rooms also available. No restaurant available but you can ask for morning tea

I attend a function. But they do not provide any welcome drinks or whatever. Because they do not have any staff at the hall. I don't understand why.

It is a hotel that provides very good service. Has a friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable. They have Single Rooms, Double Rooms, Family Rooms and Budget Rooms. A clean safe place. You can get the scooter you need for travel in Trincomalee city from them. Their prices are also very reasonable. All the tourist places around Trincomalee can be easily accessed from this place. Can highly recommend this place to any local and foreign tourists visiting Trincomalee.

An average hotel with rooms at a reasonable rates, A/C and non A/C rooms are available with all facilities except food and meal, this hotel is closer to Trincomalee town, so that hotels can be assessed quickly for meals and to fulfill other requirments. Fairly a good hotel with 24 hrs security available.

This place is good for your functions and events. The parking and all other things are good. Mostly the reception hall and dining rooms are the best for this place. The dining area is placed in the first floor you have to use the stairs for getting the dining area. At a same time around 40 people can use that dining room. The service of the staff here is exceptionally good. The rent and price for booking this hotel and hall are reasonable. Over all the place is good fit for a middle class marriage.

No hospitality at all. Rooms lacked basic necessity such as water bottle and proper bed sheets. A double room had two separate single beds with a bed cupboard in the middle. No room service and no proper maintenance as well. Not recommended at all.

Bad Service. Manager was very unethical person. Please remove the manager. Owner in canada. Now manager is running business in unethical process.

Very close to accessing city areas and surrounding tourists attractions. It is good place but rooms are not very comfortable anyway value for money. 24 hour security should be appreciated. Customer service is good.

Super cool facility, friendly management team. Great motel to stay in Tirukonamalaw city.

Best choice for hotel stay during trips to trinco. Very close to trincomalee town. Staffs are very nice.
