But still doctor not arrived. No one care.
Worst service and too much expensive.
Not worthy for spending money
Terrible customer service by the nurses in the 3rd floor. Channeled eye doctor Dr Wariyapola. The doctor who was supposed to come at 6PM arrived at 7.15PM but the nurses dilate the eyes of the patients since 5PM. By the time you go in, the dilation has worn off. Then they put people in as they wish without considering the order of the channeling number. When inquired they say it’s in the order of dilation, but there were patients who weren’t even dilated! No point taking appointments, you have to go hours prior and stay in the queue. Had to wait more than 2h to go in. Totally waste your time, would not recommend.
No point coming here better go to Vision care straight away. It’s a big wast of time. Don’t spend so much on channeling a doctor here
Dr. Deepani Wewelwala always been late. Not few minutes, it's hours! I don't know why the proffession is so irresponsible.
We called the hospital to get an appointment and they asked us to come at 3pm. After we arrived they said the doctor will come at 4pm. It’s 4.45pm right now and the doctor hasn’t arrived yet. The woman at the counter was very rude as well. No A/C, No fans, No toilet paper inside the washroom, hand dryer is broken inside the washroom. Very dissatisfied.
Poor customer service.
They wouldn’t reschedule an appointment but would give me the refund. I had to make the reservation again. What kind of logic is this?
On the day of appointment, I was asked to report at 4.45 pm, but couldn’t see the doctor until 7 pm. There was no transparency regarding what number is being taken and how much time we have to wait for our turn.
After all this wait, doctor spent less than a minute. He didn’t have time to listen. He simply want his assistants to check the eyes and recommend glasses.
Very bad customer service, worst telephone operator.they don' t hav calls tranfering facility to relavant sections,
Operator always saying da numbers and we hav to note it n call back. When I asked about da tranfering she said they are normally not tranfering patient s calls. Really disappointed.
Had a worst experience with Dr. Kirihena. No humanity. Need only money. Had very bad experience.you can channel any other good consultant.
This is private hospital.but service is very bad and hospitality also not good.even after 10.00pm no visitors.if the patient personally has requested they must give a chance by additional charging.we no Kigs hospital, Asiri, lanka hospital they are not like this.we spend 500000 for this operation mainly for flexibility.

Zero punctuality, 12 o’clock consultation time doctor arrived at 12: 45 was waiting for long time and very arrogant nurses
Can someone tell the receptionist that printing a bill only take a few seconds and not to make such a fuss and think people who use insurance are beggars. The person who prepared the bill is the receptionist
They didn’t even supply socks when we told them the AC is too cold, the reply from these entitled nurses were “oh no worries, the cold will go away”
This is how they treat their patients who pay a lot of money for treatment.
Absolutely terrible service, who are these uneducated fellows you people have hired? We’re making a formal complaint everywhere we can, DO NOT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE HOSPITAL

Good doctors in a disorganized place.
Prepare yourself to move between floors and counters. If you are 60+ come with a young companion to do the hopping for you. Critical decisions has to be made by the patient as no family members are allowed in the consultation room.
Since you can effort to pay for services here, you can find much better place in Sri Lanka.
Very unclean, dirty private hospital where there is ZERO care for patients but the ONLY goal is to maximize profit.
We were requested by an eye surgeon to go to this hospital to get a procedure done and it was one of the worst experiences we had. Security staff directs vehicles to park on the 2nd level and then everyone including the patient needs to walk to the 1st level to enter the hospital. Once at the 1st level entrance there is unbelievable commotion as the staff there are trying to get people to pay extra and get an antigen test done. Then you have to go to the back alley of the hospital next to their garbage room to get the so called antigen test done. No report given/ No receipt given and verbally they say we are cleared to go in (after paying Rs 2000)
Once on the 3rd floor, major confusion there too. People are sent from one place to the other. Lots of interest by the staff to know if the patients have insurance coverage (not sure why) and when you say you don’t they look disappointed.
The procedure was done in a few minutes but the patient is not released and brought to the exit for over an hour and the explanation is that the payment needs to be cleared. However at the time of checking in we are not allowed to settle the bill as they claim that there can be “extras” during the procedure that needs to be added. Gets even worse. Around 7.00pm most lights are switched off / AC off and they request people who accompanied the patients to go into the parking garage (yes - parking garage) and stay there until the patient is ready.
We were told by other patients that they come here as there is no other choice but soon when the vision care hospital opens in mount Lavinia, things will change here as they will have true competition.
The only positive thing about this place is staff who are in the theatre, particularly the male attendant goes above and beyond to care for patients.
Went to the vision care which was on the 2nd floor. Waited in the queue by getting seated. There was a person who came after us, and when it was our time to get the vision check done, the male person who was in charge of Vision care at that moment got the person who came after us first and told us to wait. That's unfair. We came first. So he must take us first. Terrible
A place where there are security guards who don't even know how to address a client. Not happy about that
Please do not got to this hospital. Telephone operators do not know how to talk to the customer. Seems they are found from.
This is worst private hospital in Sri Lanka. Specially the management and the staffs. They do not care about the patients. We are paying cash they are not service us for free so they should allow people along with the patient. There rules are iritating for customers. Waste of time. I don't recommend anyone to this hospital.
Got myself for the first time to the hospital for a checkup. Experiencing a very bad service. The doctor "Ravindra Kirihena" is late 3 hours than the appointed time. Seeing other patients waiting in the queue made felt bad and question myself, how a doctor's punctuality could be this irresponsible?
