Got myself for the first time to the hospital for a checkup. Experiencing a very bad service. The doctor "Ravindra Kirihena" is late 3 hours than the appointed time. Seeing other patients waiting in the queue made felt bad and question myself, how a doctor's punctuality could be this irresponsible?

The worst experience ever at a private hospital. Very poor service. Inefficient, inconsiderate and rude staff. Long waiting period. Utterly disappointed. No proper procedure is followed with regard to visitors allowed. Information provided is not accurate.

My mom had a TCP & cataract surgery from Dr. Saliya Pathirana. Both surgeries went well and her vision seems to be improving. Hospital staff was friendly. They were polite & kind with patients. Price also was reasonable. Overall I'm satisfied with the service

It seems run down, and their processes too. From doctors being late (one hour today) and them saying they don't inform when doctors come, unlike the text other hospitals send. Then going between floors for payments and procedures, and just seems like a has been place.
Really didn't enjoy having to go here, and the time it took away from me. Luckily it's for me, my elderly mother would have struggled between the floors and parking and entrance being on different levels etc.

I remember the days when this place was much more vibrant.

Worst customer service given by call operator answered lady doesn't know how to speak with a emergency patient IVR says this call will be recorded to give an excellent service can i know who is listening for this calls from hospital end. Call operator explains how about the hospital would be

I wonder why some Doctors have such an attitude after we pay for the service. I took my daughter for a check up and channeled the Doctor Mrs Padmini Halpitage hardly spent two minutes for testing and most testing was done at Vision Care opticians. The doctor was extremely rude and she prescribed an additional vision test to be done elsewhere. I was concerned and asked her the purpose of the test she rudely told me it was for the eye. These Doctors forget they were paid by us tax payers for their education and after getting all the benefits from working in the Government Hospitals are making more money from us moonlighting. You make money from us please be more courteous and caring.

Since the recent pandemic, this place has lost its customer service almost totally. While waiting for the doctor for almost 3hrs, the nurse was even too "busy' to say which number was on. Simply terrible experience. You expect the government sector to be this way. And to think we pay so much too!

Very noisy reception. All potions are very quite
Reception team not in good attitude
Channeling Doctors ara not in time they coming there own time so we have to waiting more than 2hrs it's big issue

Not sure about the other areas, but the Dental care center here does an amazing service! Good scheduling, very less wait times and friendly staff!

No uniformity in the process followed for visitors to accompany patients into the hospital. I was requested to stay out today (23/06/2020). Understood the guideline is one visitor per patient but was differently treated in my case. Is this to ensure convenience of a certain group of people I wonder?

However the correct health and safety guidelines are being followed at the entrance and hats off to that.

Worst service. During covid 19. Just only letting the patient to go up. Whether old or young. Whether the patient has communication ability or not. There only aim is money money and money.
Without explaining properly To the doctor how a doctor can consult a patient.
If the situation is risk. Stop channeling for another one month or advance your covid checkups at the entrance.
“In front of me there was a lady patient aged around 75. She was crying and i asked why. She said her daughter is waiting outside. I asked what’s ur disability. She don’t know even to tell what’s her disease. How she is going to consult a doctor. ”

Or else let any one visitor with the patient.
Ok the patient coming for eye checkups. Will you take responsibility when the patient fall down.
Medicine is a service not a business.

Above all the centralized A/C is on.

This hospital is best for the ENT services. I had septoplasty surgery here and the doctor (Dr. Milhan Bahar) and the staffs are so kind and attentive. I had a secure and comfortable feeling right there.

I had my last eye check-up here. The place has the latest technology and specialist doctors. But, there wasn't a proper system to maintain the order when visiting the doctor's room.

Visited this hospital with my dad, for a day case in eye surgery. There was way less chaos i comparison to other hospitals.less patients.the hospital staff seemed to be a tad bit more attentive.however the procedure cost almost two and a half times as much as at other leading hospitals in Colombo.hospital charges were very much more. So not worth paying that amount for the same thing.

Very kind and friendly staff. Hospital paking space is very limited. Hospital charges high but highly recommended to get treatments specilized in eye and ENT dissabilities with well trained staff and equipment. I pay hartiest gratitude towards my consultant ENT surgeon Dr. Sobitha Abeyratne saving my life with utmost talent and kindness.

First time itself had to wait more than 1 hour to see the Doctor.the doctor was late. 4th floor channelling section sitting capacity is not enough. 3rd floor seats are better than 4th floor. Staff nurse was helpful (the one who we deal with)
The Doctor and the treatments are good.
Washroom/toilets need bit more attention. It's doesn't structure for public access in hospital.
No problem with Parking.
