But still doctor not arrived. No one care.
Worst service and too much expensive.
Not worthy for spending money
I recently did my Cataract eye surgery at Golden key Hospital. The entire surgery staff were very kind and helpful right through out.
Especially Dr. Dilruwani Ariyasinghe and Sister Deepthi who were very kind and caring.
I would like to express my gratitude towards the entire staffs for provide the best treatment in Golden key hospital.
My wife had been admitted for Thyroid gland removal surgery on 15th May conducted by Dr. Sobitha.
Received the treatments beyond my expectations and there was not even a pinch of negative point.
We had been given a cubic Room# 909. The nurses were very attentive and kind. They full filled us by all the necessities.
The Doctor is well experienced and expert in his job. Met a very professional Nurse Ms. Dilhani she was the best Nurse I have ever seen in Sri Lanka. I was amazed seeing her approach towards the patient.
All the Nurses as well as staff members were so attentive and very kind and polite.
The bill was budget friendly.
Thank you for the honorable service and I wish you for keep going.
I was kept waiting over 30mins for my dental appointment. Very unprofessional. Seems to have no respect for people's time.
Terrible customer service by the nurses in the 3rd floor. Channeled eye doctor Dr Wariyapola. The doctor who was supposed to come at 6PM arrived at 7.15PM but the nurses dilate the eyes of the patients since 5PM. By the time you go in, the dilation has worn off. Then they put people in as they wish without considering the order of the channeling number. When inquired they say it’s in the order of dilation, but there were patients who weren’t even dilated! No point taking appointments, you have to go hours prior and stay in the queue. Had to wait more than 2h to go in. Totally waste your time, would not recommend.
I was to come down from the U. S A.to attend to my Mother's cataract operation as she was very anxious and scared. When she had gone for the original check up, she was assisted by Deepthi who kindly assisted my Mother. She had been so understanding of my Mother's fear that my Mother called me and said that I do not need to be in SL as she is comfortable in during the surgery as long as Deepthi is around. I congratulate the management for having employed such a exceptional nurse. Thank you Deepthi because of you, my Mother has recommend so many of her friends to contact you and patronize GKH
No point coming here better go to Vision care straight away. It’s a big wast of time. Don’t spend so much on channeling a doctor here
Dr. Deepani Wewelwala always been late. Not few minutes, it's hours! I don't know why the proffession is so irresponsible.
I took my husband today to see an eye specialist and was fortunate enough to meet one of the senior nurses on duty, her name was Deepthi. She was amazing, caring, efficient, kind and extremely helpful! This is how all nurses should be. I wish there was a Deepthi in every hospital! Thank you Deepthi, you’re an Angel.
We called the hospital to get an appointment and they asked us to come at 3pm. After we arrived they said the doctor will come at 4pm. It’s 4.45pm right now and the doctor hasn’t arrived yet. The woman at the counter was very rude as well. No A/C, No fans, No toilet paper inside the washroom, hand dryer is broken inside the washroom. Very dissatisfied.
Poor customer service.
They wouldn’t reschedule an appointment but would give me the refund. I had to make the reservation again. What kind of logic is this?
On the day of appointment, I was asked to report at 4.45 pm, but couldn’t see the doctor until 7 pm. There was no transparency regarding what number is being taken and how much time we have to wait for our turn.
After all this wait, doctor spent less than a minute. He didn’t have time to listen. He simply want his assistants to check the eyes and recommend glasses.
Best customer service. We went to consult an eye surgeon; Dr. Saliya Pathirana. Good hospital. There is a car park too. Effective.
Prior booking needed to see the doctor. If you have the appointment and you arrive on time, everything is smooth flow. Well trained staff, systematic work flow. Pharmacy, Vision care outlet, D. S Jayasinghe outlet and a cafetaria are conveniently located within the premises. Parking is available but can get crowded at times.
Overall, you will have a positive experience.
On October 15, my uncle underwent cataract surgery.
It was very successful. We got the best support from the hospital staff.
After that, we were given friendly service on the last two days.

I am a patient of Doctor Wariyapola and used to patronize Arsiri Surgical Hospital for convenience. I had to come to Golden Key Hospital for an emergency and was assisted by Sister Deepthi. I was amazed at her kindness, efficiency and understanding of my trauma I was going through. She personally took me around for the required tests and managed to calm my nerves. Very bad customer service, worst telephone operator.they don' t hav calls tranfering facility to relavant sections,
Operator always saying da numbers and we hav to note it n call back. When I asked about da tranfering she said they are normally not tranfering patient s calls. Really disappointed.
Had a worst experience with Dr. Kirihena. No humanity. Need only money. Had very bad experience.you can channel any other good consultant.
This is private hospital.but service is very bad and hospitality also not good.even after 10.00pm no visitors.if the patient personally has requested they must give a chance by additional charging.we no Kigs hospital, Asiri, lanka hospital they are not like this.we spend 500000 for this operation mainly for flexibility.

Zero punctuality, 12 o’clock consultation time doctor arrived at 12: 45 was waiting for long time and very arrogant nurses
I did a nasal surgery at the Hospital.
I feel they are the pioneers for ENT service.
Ward 9 Sister Dilhani & ward staff doing wonderful job. Appreciate there service.
