Worst service providing by this clinic.i will never recommend anyone to make consultation here.

Great service and it only took few minutes get done my treatment. Thanks to Dr. Upendra, other doctors and nishel. They are very professional and qualified doctors.

I have been getting my treatments done by Skin Clinic and I'm proud to say that the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Moreover they were punctual with all my treatments, nontheless they are the best in the business

Had a great experience. The quality of the service was outstanding. And was a very friendly environment.

The staff are lovely but there needs to be a professional quoting rates. I asked the doctor
and was given what I thought was a rough estimate for a surgical procedure which influenced my decision to get the surgery done there; I called to book an appointment and when I asked the cost they said if that’s what the doctor quoted that’s our price.

When I went in I was told it will be 3 times the quoted amount and that the doc had quoted just her rate. The doc won’t take responsibility saying she only knows her rates and then said the staff don’t know to quote. Who then is accountable? A cost that’s three times the amount should be clarified before booking a surgery not at the time of. I decided not to proceed as the doctor was annoyed as was I and I truly didn’t want anyone operating on me in that frame of mind.

I have just inquiry over the phone calls about the PRP Treatment for hair Lost to my friend in Sri Lanka, and the Receptionist has advised 27,000 Sri Lankan rupees for each tube. The doctor would be told how many tubes needed to be treateded. Now I have done a few treatments myself in Australia. It cost me $130 for each Treatment and three tubes. I felt it was not fair in the Country of Sri Lanka.
And I will never recommend you do the treatment at this clinic with this rate

I needed to remove a wart.
Doctor suggested liquid nitrogen for treatment. She applied it such an inaccurate way that skin around the wart was damaged unnecessarily.

The surface of the wart is only 2 square millimeter while the surface of the damaged area is something like 1 square centimeter.

I have done similar treatments in past but It was always precise and only destroyed the actual target.

Now I have big red area that will take very long time to get to normal.

I do not recommend going to this clinic for liquid nitrogen treatment, they clearly misuse it.

Great experience as a first time. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Upendra De Silva were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr (Mrs) Hasangika really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options.especially nurses chaturika and oshani gived fantastic support to me. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you Dr (Mrs) Hasangika for everything you’ve done for me and I’m so happy I’ve found a doctor like you. ️?

They are doing daylight robbery. The doctor called Upendra didn't even listen to what I said. He just looked at & wrote prescription. Charging 2200 for just 2 mins consultations. I think, relevent authorities have to look into this cilinic.

I am glad to share with my experience about clinic, staff n Dr. Nishantha Pathirana. First, thankyou very much Dr.pathirana one who the best dermatologist in SL. He is the one who genius at specific treatment n his kind words heart touching me always n his guideness appriciated lot. Second, nurses chathurika n oshadhi give fantastic support to me, thankyou so much. Moreover Janani cordinating me to
comfortable way. All girls who is seating reception n security person welcome me to wormly. Finally, thanks Dr. Upendra silva n all staff to give me to worth experience.

Very disappointed with the way Dr. Nayana Perara treats patients. We are very aware of the prevailing situation and the risks these doctors take in order to treat the patients, however, the way this place ends up putting money before patients is utterly disgusting. Yesterday we met with Dr. Upendra who advised us to meet with Dr. Nayana Perera the following day. As discussed, we visited this place again to meet Dr. Nayana the following day. After making the payment for the consultation, we were waiting there for hours to finally get a chance to meet Dr. Nayana only to hear she is unable to even have a look at the patient properly due to the prevailing corona situation. She was not willing to look at the skin condition even from a distance. Without receiving any feedback or recommendation we had to leave the place after wasting money and time on this. Doctor was very disrespectful with the way she treated the patient. My mother (the patient) takes everyone’s health and safety very seriously and proactively took PCR test prior to meeting the doctor and we are very aware that she is Covid-19 negative. She has also taken the 2 vaccinations and acts very responsibly making sure everyone’s health and safety is her priority. I understand Dr. Nayana Perara’s right to be paranoid, then please don’t charge just to waste everyone’s time. Please be respectful of everyone who visits this place as we all are going through the same devastating situation. At least advice the doctors to communicate politely and treat the patients like humans. I hope no one faces our experience in future, hence why I decided to put my thoughts here.

Genuinely went in for a dermatological problem I have been having for a few years.
The doctor didn't even look at me during the consultation, he asked to see a pic of my problem and showed no care. I was in and out in less than 5 mins and got charged 3000+Rs to barely even be looked at.
I took the prescribed medication and my skin problem still hasn't gone away.

Mind you, this was a few years ago but the poor display of empathy and care by the Dr has left me still thinking about it, all these years later.

Whenever I come here, I have to be waiting for a couple of hours to see a doctor and another hour to get treatment.

Please don’t visit to this place they are cheating the innocent people they use to tell that the consultation is free when we call them to their hotline but once we go there to ask the details regarding the treatment they use to give a bill saying 1500/- Dr.fee & 700/- clinic fee.
To collect the prescription we are supposed to pay 2200/- without getting any sort of treatment. They are very clever they have 2 attractive staff at their clinic to to get patient visits to their clinic. Waste of money and time so please don’t visit bloody liers

The service here is absolutely disgusting. I visited the clinic recently with my mother and was blagarded by the door person (Man who takes the temperature) for not scanning the QR code twice as its two people. We understand that he probably would've been an illiterate as the logic behind it makes no sense. But we did not expect the receptionists to not say anything about it. Im extremely disappointed by the level of service here. And the consultation I went for ended up saying the machine is broken.which they did not even have the basic human decency of telling me over the phone when I called numerous times! Especially during a Pandemic. Please get your staff in order. This is the 21st century.we pay for our service so we expect a certain standard of conduct from the service provider.this is NOT acceptable.

Higly recommended Dr Upendra and very well organized clinic. We had appointment with dr Upendra for my son Janidu. We were call just in time and Dr was very kind and treated us very well. I think he had gone even out of the way to treat my son.

Went here to get treatment for premature male pattern hair loss for a friend. Their pkatelet rich plasma treatment seems to be working. A session costs abot 60000lkr.
