Abans Welisara Showroom

This is the worst customer service I have received. You have to beg for them to get your device repaired, ah well still they wouldn't care, especially if it's under the warranty period. It's been over 2 months and guess what, we are still waiting. I'd advise any of you to think twice before buying something there!

I needed 3 JBL headphones urgently arranged for a gift and it was only available at the Welisara branch. With the current situation, it would have been impossible to travel all the way there from Colombo. However, Piumi Ishara, who is the Apple Executive at the branch proactively supported me to get them sent over to Colombo for an easy pickup. I have not had too good an experience with an ABANS outlet until I was a customer of the Apple Executive Ms. Piumi Ishara. She has gone out of her way to make sure everything was in order, even when I had to call and make the payments online. Absolutely fantastic service by a very polite and professional sales executive. Despite being transferred to Welisara, she has ensured my purchases have been looked into without delay. Thank you for the excellent work.

Had a really good experience at this place. I guess it was due to the excellent service provided by Mr. Prasad Gunasekara. He was very helpful from showing the products to final billing as well. Products I bought so far works fine without any issues too. Definitely would visit again.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a cooker hob and once I set up it for the first time one burner switch did not work. When I contact the showroom to replace the cooker hob they said they couldn’t replace it if they are able to repair it. So when I called to the abans service center they said, they don’t have parts to repair it at the moment. But Welisara showroom was keep saying me that abans service center has parts to repair it. Welisara showroom staff was keep saying lie to avoid to replace new cooker.
