Good place to eat with peace.but when it comes to services, it needs to be efficient and speed than current.we had to stay in the cashier que more than 15 min

There are No customer service at all. First train your staff to simply smile with customers. Ecplian them customers are paying their wages indirectly. Counter staff girls have moody rude attitude for customers. No discipline. No feedback. They feel like Customes are troubling them. The CEO and management have a responsibility to improve your front staff or hire better people for this role as they are making a bad image to your company.
Again advise your security staff to use simple common sense regarding parking. Once again I wanted to get some cash from commercial bank ATM and get some food. Security man mentioned DO NOT use your car park if I go to commercial bank. This is disgusting. Many time I have parked my car at commercial bank parking bay and bought some food from hangout.commercial bank never indicated not to go somewhere else while my car at their car park. I believe customer service is just not the food. I was starving but I have decided to not to visit hangout ever in my life.never.

Good food but very poor service. I visited this place many times. People work there dosent care musch about you. They just do there work.
Due to the location, qulity of food this can improve as a brilient place for bakery products and food. That needs a significint change of attitude of staff.

A little disorganised. It took almost 45 minutes to give us a plain tea (and it was just a tea bag with some hot water!)

Good place to have lunch with plenty of seating arrangement available. Food prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking available in the basement. Place has nice modern vibe. Bakery items are very good. Service can be improved specially in the takeaway area by giving better training and be more friendly and engaging toward customers.

The place is amazingly good for a any kind of a mid level function with friends or family. The staff is super good and friendly. The bartender at the 1st floor was very helpful and done a great job to take us into a perfect clicks as a groups. Highly recommended.

A highly recommended restaurant when traveling from Colombo to Dambulla, Sigiriya or Trincomale. The restaurant is on the top floor.
The food was varied from burgers, sandwiches, local Sri Lankan food like rice, noodles, curries. There is very delicious iced coffee!
The service was very courteous, friendly, attentive. English fluently.

A huge space in the heart of the Kurunegala city where you can have a snack of a meal in peace. There are 2 levels, which have a variety of seating options. The food available for you is pastries and local meal options. The taste is good buy not exceptional. A good and relaxing place to be and have bite to eat.

Food is so cheap, bought some butter cake and it tastes like “rose pan”. Low quality foods and service. Don’t buy any food from this cheap hotel.

Great place to hang out. Ideal for a group of friends or colleagues.

Cutlery and crockery could definitely be better. I have seem cups with stains, not what you expect from a place like The Hangout.

Great place to "Hangout". Great for ordering cakes and other bakery products. Has Quality food, but much more expensive than alternatives.

One of the hygienic places in Kurunegala city and food is tasty. Moderate prices. Variety of dishes and served to the table. Reception hall is available for functions and meetings. Short eats and other stuffs are also available. Great place. Been there more than hundred times on the way to Kurunegala. Wheel chair is accessible through the parking at the basement. Elevators are availble from basement to the upper floors.

Good place. Not too crowded. There are many types of backery items and drinks. Also they got fried rice and other foods. Dinein at this place is very good experience. Upper floor area has nice accent. Staff also very friendly. If you want bulk items from here, better to place an order before at least one day. Their service is very quick.

Great place to have quality bakery items and meals. Birthday cakes and all kinds of cakes are also there. Their marble icing cake is my favorite! Try out!

Went for the dinner and ordered fried rice. Felt like I ate a ton of MSG not worthy for the price as well. Single potion Veg fried rice cost you 320/=. Place looks like a very nice and luxurious

The Hangout lives upto its name and is a pretty great place to, well, hangout. The overall layout of the place is very family friendly. They offer self service, and unless it gets quite busy at noon or in the evening, you won't have to wait long to order your food and make payments. Other than their special range of sweet and savory bakery products as well as other snacks and drinks, they also have breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. The place is also well lit, and there is plenty of space between the tables.

Good for a quick bite.
We usually loved the place but yesterday the 13th March 2021 was a pure disaster. When we went in the Children wanted to use the Toilets and they were not cleaned at all. There were NO Lights in the Toilets and I informed the staff many times but they did nothing. Down stares Toilets were kept closed even when we went on Thursday. No one bothered to check on the toilet matter and finally we had tea and went to Keells nearby to use the toilets. I do understand that the times are tough for everyone but Toilets are very important for travelers. We were on our way back from Trincomalee. Cleanliness is something I saw that they have drastically come down. Someone should take action against the staff who were responsible during last evening. Owners can check the CCTV as I personally went and spoke to the Manager twice but he did nothing to clean the toilets no to check on the power failure.

The place is good. But there are renovations going upstairs. The food is available for dining in as well as tak out. However I felt like the place was a bit out of place. And the sitting area needs to be more organised.
