Very bad dinner we ordered sea food but in it there only three or four prawns no anything else and also serving is worst beacuse didn't serve water for us and for rice they didn't give chillepaste and sauce.

Good place for families and friends get-together. Nice place. Have good food choices, but lack of much vegetarian options.

I went this place in the morning. The floor was very unclean. Owners do not care about cleaning i think. What a good place but poor maintaining.

Ample parking and huge dining area and kids playing area. But foods are very very expensive compared to other same grade restaurants. Specially, working staff is not customer friendly. I think it's a signature situation in all Ransara group restaurants.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a pyramid sliced cake. It was so dry an hard. I told one of the boys who work there that this cake isn’t eatable. Then they took it and went even though I had paid for 2 of them and they didn’t care a damn about the customer nor the standard.

Upstair restaurant is very very slow. They will say 20min but will take at least 1hr.

Also, saff frequently forgets the order.
Remind them again & conform order in informed to the kitchen.

Food is good

Short eats are delicious but price is high. Meals are cold and needs to be more hot. Washrooms are fair but not well maintained. Dine in area and parking is very good.

Super duper cleanliness and the freshness food and area. Its is highly applicable for business meetups too. Foods are delicious and fully A/C. Car park also very secured and safe.

No ratesVry poor customer service and give advice to them how to do the customer service and replace new staff and good food for customers.not recomnded for any one
