Nice hotel with not very good location, really quiet place where you can nicely relax though. From the outside hotel seems to be luxurious and we enjoyed nice pool but room facility is kind worn off and not very clean. Breakfast and dinners were huge disappointment, basically very grey for hotel claiming that high quality. Some of the hotel stuff was very friendly and helpfull but from some of them you can well sense fake smile what ruins overall atmosphere which could have been otherwise really good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, most of the homestay accommodation we have been in Sri Lanka delivers better service.

Very beautiful place to stay. Good hospitality and amazing people around. Food was equally delicious with a lot of variety. But beware the food is made as per the liking of westners so it will be sweet which we as Indians didn't find much appetising but it was a different experience all together

A perfect place to stay, with good quality facilities and food and a relaxing atmosphere. There is a spa and massage service. I recommend it.

Nice hotel, everyone tried very hard, not easy to communicate with specific questions, location and everything around it very touristy. Unfortunately, you can tell that in the entire environment, there was a lot of "cheating", which made everything a bit exhausting. We left early. Unfortunately, one of our 3 rooms was accidentally and automatically canceled by the TUI system, which made the start there a bit bumpy.

This is literally the meaning of the "hidden gem". A tranquil retreat ln the nature with mango, pineapple and banana plantations all around. Located in the heart of Dambulla city, offers a unique stay with a modern spa at really good prices, a large pool and a tennis court. Deluxe, spacious rooms, amazing food and the friendliest staff.

Extremely unplesent stay. We stay in room no 207. Not worth for money. Room is not clean and not maintained.
But has a good garden and pool.

Situated in an mango orchard lies this beautifully constructed villa type hotel with breath taking views and waterways.

The resort was nice and picturesque. It has ample parking space and range of rooms from deluxe to luxury to villas. However, the issue comes when we discuss food which is elaborated more in the section below.

We stayed there one night with two of my frineds with their families. The environment so calm and queit. Relxed atmostphere. The staff was very nice and kind specially those who were in the restaurent. They were very helpful coz I had a small baby. Food is tasty and sufficient. I feel there could have been more variety. Rooms are good and clean. Overall well spent holiday there.

Delicious food, Buffet has a wide variety of foods. Well maintained rooms, swimming pool and garden. Friendly staff! Definitely recommend and worthy for the price you pay.

Not worth the money that was spent. Dusty and disorganized room. The minibar wasn't working at all either. No detail kits or conditioners were offered. Despite being very small, the pool area was fairly good. The buffet's selection was smaller and the cuisine wasn't as tasty. The entire experience was lacking in quality service.

Peaceful describes this hotel the best! Its worth every dollar because the service is not good but Exellent!
The garden, swimming pool and all rooms are big and calm.
I would always return when I am back in Dambulla

Very nice place. I spent my wife's birthday here. A very beautiful place full of natural resources. All types of food are very tasty. People working here are very friendly

Nice place to stay with friends and family. Worth for the price, they offer buffet (but need to check). It’s a huge place to roam
around, they have playground, swimming pool, and have their own farm for the cooking. Good choice of food and it was tasty.

I’ve visited with my friends and staffs quiet friendly. I do like to visit again with my family.

Overall - Bad Experience.

We reserved Triple room had 2 single beds and 3rd one was a one small bed which was more like a bigger version of a cot which was not suitable for adult at all. It was for 3 grown adults and hotel got the guest details before hand as well. Yet they had no arrangements regarding that. And the beds were not that comfortable as well.

Funniest thing was they market themselves as a luxury resort but they were not able to provide a dental kit even when we asked for it. We met guests running to nearby local shops to buy toothbrushes including ourselves: 'D

Buffet - We stayed for 3 meals and 2 of them were OK and Lunch was great. However the spread was very little and dessert section did not even had Ice cream.
Restaurant staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the crowd was not able to deliver the perfect service as well.

Will I ever visit again? No.

The hotel is beautiful with a great atmosphere. The architect did a great job making the most of the limited space and deserves a 9 out of 10 rating. I recently visited for a weekend dinner buffet and was impressed by the peaceful and natural environment. The location is surrounded by green trees and has plenty of space to relax and walk around. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The food was simple but good. I appreciate the efforts of the management to keep the natural feeling at the hotel. It's a great getaway for people like us who live in busy cities.

Beautiful property with mango gardenings, yet wasted by the poor management. Food is horrible, Buffet was with less options and gets empty withing few hours. Rooms are clean, cannot complain. Hope they will get better.

It was a great stay after a while. Resort premises is so calm. Best place to relax. Rooms need to upgrade a bit. But overall ok. Food is good. Staff is so friendly.
