Nice staff, clean and cosy rooms, beautiful view from the pool, buffet is average.all in all i would recommend this hotel for a stay in sri lanka.

Located amidst a fully grown mango garden, the buildings of the hotel are situated on a very nicely maintained location. The land is margined by very unique view of Dambulu Oya and path across the stream.

The luxury rooms were very comfortable and clean and the staff was helpful.

The only negative aspect is horrible Food they served at the Restaurant. Basically almost all the food were not properly prepared or tasteless except for their soups and desserts.

The rooms were cozy and homely. The bathrooms were great and was open to the sky without compromising privacy. The layout reminded me of Bansai Nai hotel in Thailand. We stayed on BnB basis, so can only say that the morning buffet had decent enough spread. Food was delicious too. The restaurant staff was polite and were nice enough to invite us back as we expressed we liked the rooms and food.

Place looks nice with lot of trees and green colour environment.
Stay was calm and without city noice.
Pricing was reasonable for the services provided.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Had facilities for some sports activities like badminton and tennis.
Restaurant was spacious and can accommodate more than 50 people at once.
Foods were nice and tasty.
Swimming pool was very narrow. Access wasn't well designed. Edges were rough and can give you a bad abrasion if you are not careful.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, good for relaxing and enjoying a holiday, not very good if you want to do lot of sports and swimming.

The hotel is surrounded with mango trees. From the receptionist to waiters in the dining hall, all gave an excellent service & so friendly with the clients.

The rooms are ok and facilitated with basic requirements. Food was good but not much variety. But they had a good combination. The pool is large and not much deep with a good view of paddy field. In the morning you can sight so many birds and a great way to start the day with a good walk which stretch till a river nearby.

Since the hotel is in the main road its easily accessible and places like Dambulla cave temple, Popham's Arboretum and some other temples can be reached within few minutes.

Overall this is one of the best hotels in Dambulla.

We a group of 88 of retirees of a state bank from Colombo spent a fantastic stay at Sigiriana Resort, Dambulla last weekend. We all were warmly welcomed by the friendly hotel staff. The atmosphere of this hotel is so special that it really felt like in a countryside. The scenery was so calm and beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and a peaceful environment surrounded by big and nicely maintained mango trees, a paddy field and so many other cultivations. Dambulu oya which flows by the far end of the land adds beauty to the scenery. The rooms were very comfortable and the food was delicious and all of us enjoyed our stay in Sigiriana Resort. If I come back and stay in Dambulla, this will be my first choice.

Its a great stay we had after Covid-19 pandemic period, after a long pause. The beautiful landscape, manicured garden are stimuli of happiness. The blend of good staff and their ushering maximizing it. Foods are delicious, what we really admired.

Rooms are very clean and staff are good. View is also beautiful and calming. But food was not much tasty and not a variety of food.

Sorrunded by Mango trees, calm environment. Pricing was reasonable and the staff are well trained with decent choices of food

Amazing place with beautiful view. Highly recommended. They got a restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Authentic Sri Lankan foods a recommended not other ones. Prices are higher when you compare others.

Price was cheap but also was the food. The staff was friendly and the location is very lovely.
I had a minor injury during our stay, and the hotel did not have a single plaster or any kind of first aid.

This was a very nice place the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough. The bar was nice with lovely bar staff and the restaurant up stairs was good, decent choice of food but not always hot. Would definitely go there again!

An amazing place for nature lovers, I wish I would stay longer than 3 days. Staff members very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

Dirty rooms. Dated rooms with substandard management who are more interested in eating dinner than assisting clients. Stay well away. The staff try their best however the property is in need of a major update internally.
