Surrounded with nature a calmful place to relax. Friendly staff. Must mention Mr Attanayake's exceptional customer service (Rice restaurant). Food is good but there's room to improve. Room is spacious enough. Value for money.

We had a nice stay at the Hotel with excellent service and especially with yummy foods. The place was very calm. They have good cocktails too. The bartender was great and very friendly, all the staff was friendly and nice. They have very nice, big and clean rooms. Its a large land with all the goods and one day isn't enough to enjoy this great place. Highly recommend this Hotel and you won't be disappointed visiting there.

A must visit place in life time. A hotel with lovely and very helpful staff with tasty food and very comfortable rooms. The river, paddy fields and mango garden inside the hotel premises will give you a different experience to forget about all stress around.
The management and staff is always ready to give you the best hospitality service ever. I felt like home more than a hotel.

Very nice hotel. Build on the middle of Mango farm. Nice place to Nature lovers. Very close to Dambull town & Few minute away from Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Foods are good, Rooms are clean, Staff is vey friendly. Beautiful & quiet place to spend your holiday. Love the experience.

The hotel concept is very good, staff very helpfull, rooms are clean but they dont have enough light and towel. Also they dont have first aid kit. Dinner was nice. Breakfast was okay. They have nice chilly paste. And be carefull about frogs in your room!

Room was not cleaned properly - the dust seemed to be sitting on furniture for ages; bathroom had an awful smell, the floor was not cleaned in the shower.

It is called sigiriana but it is near dambulla not sigirya

The restaurant however was very tasty. Buffet dinner and breakfast were satisfying as well as the a la carte menu.

Nice, big and confortable room. Nice installations with views, fantastic pool and food. Great service! Only the bathroom could be better as it is slightly wet.

Undoubtedly, one of the best luxury resorts in Dambulla - Sigiriana is just about 10 minutes tuk-tuk ride from the ancient Buddhist Caves. The resort is vast, with gorgeous rooms, a bar & a restaurant, and a pool that overlooks the farmland. The rooms are great, well-equipped and the has a balcony too. I loved the food served at their restaurant, especially the coconut fish curry and the watallapam (local dessert). The staff was extremely courteous and were following all necessary covid protocols.

Average place for everyone for a reasonable price. Check out the room before accepting it. Our room had no shampoo, soap or tea and veranda was not cleaned. But it was all done once mentioned. Overall nice experience.

Located near Dambulla. Loved the stay here. Visited on last Monday and stayed a night. Very large pool. Loved it. Peace and quiet. Very spacious hotel. The staff was very friendly. There's outdoor activities like Tennis, and Badminton. Pool is over the top. The served bite was very good but the other food served weren't that good. The bathrooms weren't clean enough.

We stayed onlyone nyt but make so many moments at the premises.staff was very friendly the hotel is situated very neer to Dambulla town.

As a 4 star hotel i expected a higher level service from them. But they are seriously under staffed (minor staff) may be due to pandemic situation. There were enough people to handle work at lobby. But they were incompetent. We were told the checkin time is 2pm. We arrived a little late around 3pm as we visited several places before reaching the hotel. Even though the normal checkout time is 12 noon there were a lot people may be around 30 pax in lobby to checkout. First they asked us to park the vehicle somewhere distant and bring the bags. It was upto us to handle baggages. Next a staff member welcomed us and assigned seats. My parents were exhausted from all the travelling and we were eager to get the keys. They made us wait for 1 hour before giving the key to one room. Next room was not ready. By 4.20pm also they keep repeating same answer "it'll be ready shortly". At the end we had to raise the voice a little and a senior staff member appeared and tried to take care of the situation. When he inquired the room next to offered room was also available but the team made no attempt to give it to us. Once he scolded his team they rushed to arrange it. Next there was no towels in room had to go back to reception again. Our stay started with this unpleasant incident and we were too tired to analyse the whole thing. This could be a result of cost cutting (reducing staff) due to pandemic situation and that particular time being a long weekend.

I must complement the cleaniness of the room, great location, and other facilities. Foods were quite OK but not many varieties were there. What was available was quite satisfying. They have a nice swimming pool and have a big area if anyone prefer to take a walk and recreational facilities too. Paddy fields are relaxing.

The hotel looks good and the pricing also affordable. But the only issue is the rooms and receptions distances are very far.

Hotel is just few minutes away from Dambulla town and located in a calm environment. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and they were very supportive and friendly. They were following relevant safety measurements during this pandemic situation before checking and as well as when serving foods. We highly appreciate that. Twin rooms aren’t spacious enough but neat and clean. Amongst all those Pool was one the best things with the amazing view. Food was good and the room service also great. There are only few negative things I have to mention our mini bar didn’t work at all and there was several power failures during our stay. However the entire stay was great. I highly recommend this place for vacations.

It's a very calm place to be in and not to mention what great food they serve also the service they render. It's guarentee a place to visit. The rooms were very clean. Yes they have a few things to upgrade but overall the experience i had was very good.

The property is in a lavish green garden filled with a lot of mango trees, and there a paddy field right next to it.

I believe that due to the pandemic the property maintenance has dropped significantly.

We had to change our room 3 times due to it being unclean and first room bathroom was smelling very bad.

Second room had untuked linens in the bed with cob webs on pillows and gecko droppings everywhere.

3rd room was cleaned for us and we had to wait 30-40 min for it to be prepared and it was fine till we switched on the jacuzzi. Where there was so many ants stuck it that splashed out

We asked them to clean it again but when we returned after lunch and switched it on again. We had the same issue one more time with ants filling up the tub. I personally had to clean it 3 times after that to resolve the issue.

Talking about the food, the food contained MSG and a lot of artificial flavors. That you can taste in every spoon, it was even present in the lamb chop.
The butter that was served to us which I ate and found out later the next day when we were served again was EXPIRED.

I did suspect due to the wierd taste but at the time of lunch I did not see it till my girlfriend showed it to me the next day.

We did not have dinner from them that night, went out to this nice little homely restaurant outside called kochi cafe. “It’s nice you should try it”

At check out I did talk to their manager and explained to him the situation we had to face at the hotel and he gave us a discount of LKR 3000 and charged us only the room rate of LKR 10,000/-

We did not use the pool at the property, but a word about it, it looked clean and it’s a long pool, with the depth same everywhere.

Nice location and relaxing vibes, but service is nil. I think personally this would have been a very nice hotel before the pandemic but now it needs a complete look at from the management.

Worst hotel I've ever been to.they simply cannot accommodate their room capacity. If the hotel is full, DO NOT BOOK.food is not good. We had to wait to eat because their restaurant tables are full when the buffet was open. I mean, why do you accept the bookings if you can't service them? We booked FB and yet we had to wait at every meal outside the restaurant. Hotel staff is not enough to service the fully booked hotel and it's not the staff's fault actually. Hotel management should be concerned. The staff was doing the best they can at the restaurant i think. Pool is small for the crowd. Towels wasn't provided. We only got 3 towels for all our 8 guests. 5 of us came to the room to change after getting out of the pool and the reception called us to bring the used towels for the rest 3 of us who were waiting by the pool. Buffet table was frequently getting empty and we were their standing with the plates for more than 15 minutes waiting for them to fill the tables. Sometimes they never filled the empty dishes. Rooms are very small. You can't even walk around a triple room. Not as per the pictures on the web. We ordered a hot chocolate and a plate of chips and they charged us over 1500 for that which is really a too much considering the portion. Room service was so poor. Overall

The place is calm. The staff is very friendly and their service is great. The parking space is small.
The rooms are comfortable, you can have all necessary stuffs. But there are no bathroom mats. Some bathroom fittings have broken. The small balcony is attractive.
The lunch menu is average, you can enjoy traditional rice and curries. The dinner contains bit different; grilled and deep fried food stuffs. The breakfast is excellent, you can enjoy both western and eastern courses. Traditional Sri Lankan foods like string hoppers, red rice are available. Deserts are average.
The pool is excellent due to its location. It is surrounded by a paddy field and mango trees. There is no restrictions to use the pool such as time or swim suits. But if you are a good swimmer, you may disappoint due to depth of the pool. The deepest point is only 1.34 meters as I remembered. However, kids can enjoy without any worries.

Service is much better with my experience, Internet is provided freely so it’s little slower so you better have another option. I recommend this place.
