Food spread was very good with verity of food being displayed and room facilites are excellent. Staff too is very kind and well attended.

Though somewhat remote from the city, it's nice calm & cool place, surrounded by cultivation lands, buffet spread was marvelous with lot of varieties, staff were very attentive & welcoming, I stayed with my family on 14/4/2021.

Our one night stay at blackpool was one of the most memorable stays we ever had. The hotel was clean and well sanitized. The staff were very friendly and the food was soo delicious. The overall experience was way more worth compared to the money we paid.

Excellent service with friendly staff. Blackpool is a piece of beauty with a stunning view, nice food, spacious room etc.

The view of the surrounding landscape was just amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They made us feel so welcome. Specially the Duty Manager (I guess) was very accommodating with our request for the early check-in without any extra cost. We got our room around 11 am - since we came straight away from Kandy we got to the hotel very early. Due to the limited number of guests, buffet spread was very limited. Wasn't impressed too much with food but overall it was good.

The staff is really good. The environment is beautiful. We got a good room but the heater was not good. They have good buffet but their in-room dining prices are really high and the portion size also not enough.

One of the best places to relax and enjoy. Mr. Asanka and his team was wonderful. They treated us well and made feel so comfortable. A home aways from home. Thank you for this amazing time.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and I must say that everything was excellent. The staff was very courteous. Food was really good. It has a very beautiful view. We enjoyed very much without any fear even during covid 19 situation. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The service was excellent, the staff was very courteous and kind. The food was amazing and the chef and his team went the extra mile to plate the dishes beautifully. The rooms were absolutely spectacular and we enjoyed the hospitality to its fullest.

My dad's 60th birthday was held at the hotel, awesome food and place, things were so well organized, very helpful and organized staff, special credits goes to Mr. Janaka and his team for keeping things so fantabulous, keep up the good work highly recommendable

Good hotel situated in a scenic place bit away from the city. Good rooms and food was good as well staffs are very friendly.

I really don't know where to start. It's one of the best Hotels i have been to. Really made our stay in Nuwara Eliya a memorable one. BlackPool is located with a fabulous scenic backdrop. The service of there staff is something i have never experienced before. They simply make sure you are really looked after and well taken care of. Especially Mr. Janaka and his team at the restaurant and Mr. Asanka with his Front Office team really was something special. The food was Outstanding, Rooms are very clean and nice, Gardens are well maintained. Truly a place to stay at when you visit Nuwara Eliya. Keep up the good work BlackPool.

Our stay here was perfect. They even gave us a free upgrade to a family suite. Food was delicious and the staff was really nice.

My stay there at Blackpool was amazing. I visited there with my family.very clean, large family suite with two king size beds in two floors. Large bathroom with all facilities including hot water jacuzzi.great view of misty mountains Including piduruthalagala peak just in front of our eyes.
Great hospitality and friendly staff.
Amazing food.more choices were available to choose from the buffet.
Calm location with easy access.
My kids really enjoyed the Heated pool.
Simply an extraordinary “small luxury hotel”.

I m gonna give the best review i have given in years. Best hotel i was really impressed with the hotel, the view and the service. It was impressive. From the front office to everything it was well managed. Staff is really friendly and very helpful. The food was really amazing. Our suite was really nice. I wish to come back. I recommend Black pool for any one who like a chilly weather.

It was after the covid 19 pandemic. Once the curfew was lifted I was looking for a good hotel for a affordable price. I found Blackpool and that's on of the best choice of mine. I was in a deluxe room and the room was very clean and the staff is there to help you all the time with a smile. Specially Mr. Janaka, receptionists, baggage handler and the room service guys helped us alot. They have a huge variety of food and food was every delicious and the view was awesome. Since I came after they lift the curfew (Covid 19) the health and safety regulations were at the best. The wifi could have been better but overall I would recommend Blackpool to anyone.
