Variable standard. First day was marvellous breakfast but next day was substandard basic. Swimming pool extremely small hardly for 2 or 3 people

Stayed here for 2 nights. Since the number of guests in the hotel were less, they gave us a set meal menu which was not up to the mark. On 19th night the manager in the restaurant was very condescending when we tried to explain to him that the food was not good. On 20th night the food was again set menu but the manager was very nice and the food was made well too. Apart from that, the hotel ambience is decent. And the restaurant waiters were good.

Nice hotel. Excellent staff Altitude 1881 staff went out of their duty to cater for vegetarian meals. Special thanks to Narayana, and his team Kapila, Janaka, Harsjana, Malisha. They catered for special vegetarian requirements for breakfast and dinner. Keep up the good work. Thank you
Really nice setting for an old colonial hotel. Very friendly staff, you feel welcome. The rooms are nice and cozy but also clean. The highlight of the stay was the cusine, the food was great and tasty for everyone to choose. But what surprised me is their attitude to the leftovers. In the entrance to the restaurant there is one inscription about taking care of food and basically they write down what was the weight of the leftovers from the last meal. Nice touch. Congrats.
Beautiful and luxurious.class to be appreciated.top, but don't damage even the minute things, their penalty will be 100 times more than the cost.no need to argue.dont buy anything as food

We stayed here for 2 nights.we got a very nice room. The swimming pool and the surrounding were clean and beautiful.staff was very friendly and helpful.the food is really good. Good value for money.we would love to come back. It was our Honeymoon. Staff went above their limits to help us.highly recommended.
Stayed for Only one Night. But Awesome stay, Staff is Really attentive and Friendly. Enjoyed our Stay. Rooms and Bathroom were clean and Heater gave comfortable Sleep. Set Menu was there and It was Delicious.
Fantastic hotel to be in Nuwara Eliya. Very close to Horton Plains & Ambewela farm main road. 3-4 Km to Main city center Nuwara eliya. Comfortable rooms with all amenities. Friendly courteous staff of all levels. Fabulous spread of buffet of all three meals.all of us enjoyed our stay of 3 nights. Only concerns was with WiFI facilities which was slower than expected during full house
