The worest coustmer service ever i had even the coustmers can't ask aanything about the product may be they dont know anything about the product when i ask about the product the trying to fight with me in wattala outlet we are paying for the product so why we cant ask anything about the this is the frist time i face a situation like this mr.malinda please pay attention cus you the area maneger of the wattala even you coustmers care also not answering the phone

WORST SERVICE A PLC COMPANY CAN PROVIDE.placed an order 2 weeks ago through the buyabans site.still haven't got it, the customer care promised delivery thrice and failed to meet the deadline they provided. Final response was that I either take a refund or wait for a long time to get the product.such horrible way of doing business, i do not recommend Abans at all. Prefer Singer with faster turn around times and great service within 2 days. Public sector services are better than Abans.

I have paid for 2 AC from Abance on 12 March 2022.confirmed and place the order with full payment of Rs. 310,480/-.

Its more than 2 months from the date of payment, but you have not delivered two AC yet.

I will wait only these week and published all the recordings in the social media about the unethical business practices of Abance.

The problem is still unsolved. The technical department does not answer phone calls.

Do not buy washing machines from abans. I had a problem with the machine I just bought two months ago. I bought this machine in nittambuwa branch.but I asked for their technical assistance but could not contact them. I called them several times and told them about the problem but their technician came a week after talking. Although they did this twice, the technical error was still not corrected. The branch officials who purchased it did not have the telephone number of the technician belonging to this area. They also asked us for the number of the technician. Can't even contact them now. Im very disappointed with the after-sales service about this comapany. Do not buy washing machines from this company. I have not received a solution for 2 months yet.

Poor service. GM and Manager in charge of Buyabans.never answered the phone.pathetic.no CRM at all. Sad to see that a company like Abans.

Abans are cheating customers always.very dissopinted service of abans.take a minute to read this, Yes, i agreed previous review that mentioned regarding TV warrenty.when we buy a Television from abans they said that Tv has 2 or 3 years warrenty and something will be happened to the television they will repair it free or replace another television. But i purchased tv from abans Dec of 2021 unfortunately it was not working Sec 2022.furthermore i delevered TV to abans dec 2022. After 1.5 month they said unable to repair it and replace new TV but we have to pay more than 20000 how fair it to us.we bought it 30000.within warrenty period they said give another 20000 to replace another TV. Still i didnot get any response about it.

Very poor service. We bought a new air-conditioning unit last month from the Chilaw bazaar street branch and had to call the customer care three times within a month for repairs. Nevertheless, it is not functioning again, called them for the fourth time and they removed the external unit and took it for repairs. It's being three days since they took it and they are yet to contact us. I am really disappointed with as I fixed it for my dad who is 83 and very feeble. Such a reputed company should be more responsible in dealing with their customers

Very bad experience with Abans. We bought a washing machine from KZONE JaElla. We informed about the defect to the Manager KEZONE and he took no interest to get the machine repaired. We gave many calls but no one answers the call.

We have informed about a defect in our washing machine on 9th of December and till today no one has attended. Called them daily but no use. They don't reply.

As the machine  is under guarantee period and we are not able to  show it to a  technician from another company.

We are finding very difficult to get our clothes washed and for last 20 days we have spent more than Rs13000/ for laundry

Be careful when buying LG washing machine. Abans will not help you if there is any repairs

Don't buy skechers shoes from abans.this shoes was not used 2 days and the base started peeling off.it cost me 17,000 thinking it's sketches but it is no second to a shoes you can get from petta.when I complained the 1st told me to what's app pictures.and 2nd they told me to come all the way to the showroom kept me for like 1 hours to say that I have scraped it somewhere.my question is it it was a scraped it should have scrapes but this is just peeling off

It is the head office but it doesn’t even have the products listed in the website. So better call them before visiting. The same product was available at the Rajagiriya showroom.

මගේ bottle cooler එක හදන්න ඔබගේ service එකෙන් අරන් ගිහින් දැනට මාසයක් වෙනවා. මේක මගේ shop එකේ තියෙන bottle cooler එකක්. එම නිසා මේ නත්තල් කාලයේදී මට එය ඉතා අත්‍යවශ්‍ය වේ. එබැවින් ඔබගේ නොසැලකිලිමත් සේවාව නිසා මා අපහසුතාවයකට පත්ව ඇත. මගේ ව්‍යාපාරය පාඩු ලබමින් ද සිටී. එබැවින් ඔබගේ මෙම සේවාව ගැන ඇත්තේද ලැජ්ජාශීලී හැඟීමකි. මන්ද ඔබ ආයතනයෙන් මාගේ ව්‍යාපාරය සඳහා bottle cooler, deep freezer, fan and tv වැනි උපකරණ බොහොමයක් මා මිලදී ගෙන ඇත. කරුණාකර සතියක් ඇතුලත මා හට මෙම උපකරණය නැවත ලබාදෙන මෙන් කාරුණිකව ඉල්ලා සිටිමි.

Worst customer service ever. I brought AC in April 2021 from Galle company outlet and since December they were not placed the job order for free service even i visited to the branch and ask for service. Hotline will not work for any inquiry. Very disappointed.

Abans is the worst company that i have ever seen.we get a gas oven last year 5th of July after 3months left there is a corrosion issue.we informed about to the Elpitiya branch on November 2020. But the agent came to visit this oven on January 2021. We wait till their response. But any of them haven’t contact us.finally I sent a mail to Abans. After so many reminders and complaints One of the agent again visit our gas oven without knowing anything on July (this is the 2nd time) He is also same to first agent get a 4tos and went. I contacted galle service center Manager. I have raised so many complaints.after one month later service center Manager has inform me he got a approval to one to one replacement and sent the letter to me (letter attached) When i go to Elpitiya Showroom with the letter to replaced the new one Showroom manager has refused it. He told that service center has claim the cost from him. Therefore he can’t give new one and he want to inquire about that again. We have waiting nearly one year to replaced this oven but finally Showroom feedback was like that. I was highly disappointed. Abans is the supper talent company to cheat the customers. They have so many internal issues. Can’t think how they stand as a company. Still they haven’t contact me and no solution for this. Anyway If the company not get this seriously i will get a serious action for that. As a company you can’t cheat customers by giving replacement letter and refused it.

Horrible customer service. Tried contacting the manager to make a complaint. The call centre officer said that I'll be redirected to the manager. Had me on the phone line for 3 minutes without anyone picking up afterwards (I was charged for the call). Tried calling three times. Same issue. Never buying anything from Abans again
