Worst place ever. They sent me to 3 different places to repair my iphone. And yet they didn’t do anything to it at all. Never recommend Abans to anyone.

Worst customer service. Very hard to get through the hotline. Multi million company with a single phone operator.

Horrible experience. I bought one brand new Hisense double door fridge in 50000 LKR. They delivered the fridge next day with so many defects. Fridge is not cooling. Now calling them since last 5 days to send technician or replace the fridge. No one is bothering. Useless people with no accountability.

Very poor after sale service. Made a complaint about my Fridge breakdown on 18 th Oct.upto now nothing has happens. So many calls were made still the Fridge is not been collected to take to Ratmalana Service Centre. Will never again purchase any products from Abans.

Fake Apple Authorized Service Provider,
Futureworld is the only genuine Apple Authorized Service Provider for Macs in Sri Lanka. I got my Macbook Pro fixed for free (It had a manufacturer defect). SoftLogic, BT Options and Abans are fake. They asked for a handling fee to check.

I went there to repair my LG G3 phone. It was repaired quite quickly, the process was quite streamlined & they provide precise instructions on what to do & what not to do. Only complaint is that I had to call & check whether my phone has been repaired. I expected an SMS when it was done, since I got an SMS saying that my job has been accepted & another after I picked up my phone. Thank you.

They don't care about customers time. Not enough time. No computer nearby and cashier is in a different floor. Very bad location. Race Course Apple Store is better. But they should not have this kind of Apple Store as it's not even close to the standards required by an authorized Apple dealer showroom.

Friendly staff enough parking space. The ajoining building of Mc Donalds and if hungry can purchase any Electronical home equipment/s and have a meal at Mc Donald's.

Staff under jbl products are not aware of the exchange policy. Even though i got the approval to get my headset changed, the product wasn't released immediately after a long review. I had to go to various branches and get it done. Extremely poor service provided by abans staff. Wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase jbl products from abans.

Never buy laptops from Abans.when try to claim warranty they do not support.customer service is really frustrating. I had a very bad experience with Abans.

An excellent shopping experience with good brands like Apple, LG, Hoover, Electrolux, Myers etc. An entire range of products spanning from shoes to white goods to furniture all available under one roof with excellent customer service and quality satisfaction. This place is a must for shoppers in Sri Lanka.

Excellent service, it sure helped that I called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted in stock, but the guys are super helpful, had all my questions answered and they even checked the macbook before I left to make sure everything was in order. Would definitely come back for future electronic purchases.
