Called for a help. Very pathetic kept me on hold and after some times cut the line automatically. Very poor customer service

They charged 6000/= for a basic Ultra sound scan. Wow what a rip off. Never visit this hospital again. Be reasonable. Dont rip off people.

Please avoid visiting this hospital location. They charge parking fer even at their own car park in addition to the hospital and channeling charges.

The worst experience ever.the doctor keeps forgetting what we told. I told where I'm for 10 times. And gave the medication specifically we said that did not work. And the medication he has given is for a illness that's not even connected to migraine.how do we trust on our lives when the doctor forgot what I said a sec ago. I 100% do not recommend Dr. J B piris to anyone.on note.the nurse was laughing in the back while all this happend without sorting v the miscommunication. I'm not sure if I should take the medication is not even.invain money on a service that was not even provided to a minimum level. Please do not pick DR. J B PIRIS for neurological problems.

The information communication between the sections was very bad, even though the call was switched together, it was not possible to know the distance to know the required information until the phone money ran out, no one failed to provide the information.

Poor service, aggressive billing team (except billing coordinator), less room quality.

My daughter was inpatient for over two weeks.
Dr service is good. But for nursing less staff hence they missed nursing quality,
Finally lot of time wasting to setting bill and bill clarification was aggressive and unfriendly. Daily bills were not updated and final bill was loaded with lot of unclassified amounts with aggressive expressions. Money was the prime target.
Rooms r having bedbugs and several issues. Rectification was not happened even after several reminders.

I had a bad experience here I made appointment they inform me to come 06.00 pm but dr. He is not there he came exactly 7.10 I feel like waste of my time if the dr. Is coming late management should inform the patient properly its a very bad experience

I had a eye injection procedure to follow at Asiri Hospital Kandy. I had the worst experiences after the injection procedure was completed. Inefficient way of handling the patients to dispatch from Operation Theater. Billing procedure took almost one and half hours (past mid night), when inquired they said.it takes time, though the entire process is automated. I couldn't understand why? Some authorities in the hospital should review the billing process to make it EFFICIENT.

Called the hospital to ask availability of a vaccine, the staff informed that the available vaccines are allocated only for the patients who channeled the consultant paediatricians who do practice in the central hospital.such a discrimination beyond belief

At first it was all wrong info give by the call center. And then finally reached the hospital and paid for the services! After paying apparently they don’t perform the service on Saturdays. After talking to them they agreed that they will perform it as it’s a mistake by their side. Had to wait for 2 hours and we were told to apply a cream our selfs to our daughter to numb her ear. After 45 min they come and tell us that we have applied the cream in a wrong manner. ‍️ How on earth we know how to apply an anesthetics cream? Any way moving forward - doctor (Mrs. Dilshan de Silva) says that the baby has to get to familiar with her and she was getting angry because the baby was crying while she was performing the piercing! It’s was mess! A complete mess!

Not saying the hospital is bad. It was okay but I channelled Dr. Kanishka Karanurathne for my disease got a small procedure done which left me with fever and more complications. I was on and off on very high doses of painkillers. He did not give any medications for it but insisted that I call or WhatsApp him and when I called during an emergency he was so rude and said he has no time, call later and dashed the phone, I mean it's it their responsibility to give advise when HIS patient is sick due to his procedures? Idk asking for a friend lol

Very unfair charges when hospitalised. Repeatedly doing test with the intention of charging more. Very high unfair cost charged for consumables as well other costs. Highly dissatisfied

Long wait for a antigen test. Almost 1 hrs and then why do we call RAPID. Staff clueless how to handle patients with care. Seriously take some action. You take a test whole we wait for results you ask us all to sit togher.

They also expect us to be telepathic as they think they want us to respond

Never go to Asiri Hospital Life Line Medical checkup. Their customer service sucks. I’m really unhappy with Asiri Central staff. I was treated very rudely by the front desk. When I went to complain they referred me to their manager who was a useless man like a puppet. I had to waste about 6 hours yesterday due to their messy work.
රජය රෝහලක අපිට ගාස්තු අයකිරීමකින් තොරව සිදුකරන ප්‍රතිකාර වුවද මොවුන් මෙන් අපගේ කාලය නාස්ති කිරීමකින් තොරව සිදුකරයි. නමුත් අප අමතර විශාල මුදලක් ගෙවා මෙවැනි පෞද්ගලික රෝහල් වෙත පැමිනෙන්නෙ හොද සේවාවක් හා ඉක්මනින් නිවැරදිව තම වෛද්‍ය පරීක්ෂණ කටයුතු සිදු කර ගැනීමටය. නමුත් Asiri central Life Line medical එකට අවශ්‍ය ඔබගේ මුදල් පමනි, කිසිදු කාරයක්ශම සේවාවක් හෝ ගෙවන මුදලට සරිලන සේවාවක් බලාපොරොත්තු විය නොහැක. කෙතරම් වැරද්ද පෙන්වා දෙන්න උත්සාහ කරත් එහි වැඩ කරන කිසිම කෙනෙක් ඒ දේවල් ගනන් ගන්නෙ හෝ පිලිගන්නෙ නැති වීම ඔවුන්ගේ මෝඩ කම ඉතා හොදින් ප්‍රදර්ශනය කරයි. අනෙක් විශේෂම කාරනය නම් මොවුන් විසින් කා දැමූ කාලය නැවත කීයට හෝ රෝහලෙන් පිටත් වන විට Parking charges ලෙස ඔබට ගෙවීමට සිදුවීමයි.

Low quality useless service for premium price. Go for nawaloka or asiri surgical.it's way more cleaner than this and service is efficient

I went to make a filling in my upper teeth and the dentist Rajitha L Munasinghe could not find the cavity which was between 2 teeth. I clearly know that the cavity is there because I've got it filled 2 years back and it fall out. I tried to explain the dentist about the cavity but no constructive response for that. I finally got my teeth cleaned and came out with a bill of 800 Rs for consultation + 1000 Rs for corona dress + 3400 Rs for cleaning. I never got what I came for by this dentist with lack of experience, moreover the waiting time was around 50 minutes more than my appointment time - i asked the reception, when it will be my turn and their explanation was "we cannot predict what issues the ongoing patient is coming with". My question/suggestion is, will an analysis of average dental visit not be helpful for them to ensure lesser waiting time for the patients?

Worse service ever. From the start they are money oriented, rude, don't care about the patient but see the opportunity to make money but never about the patients health.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this hospital.
I have been hospitalized in many hospital but this is the worse I have ever experienced.
