68 Worse service ever. From the start they are money oriented, rude, don't care about the patient but see the opportunity to make money but never about the patients health.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this hospital.
I have been hospitalized in many hospital but this is the worse I have ever experienced.
Becareful the hospital will rip you with unreasonable charges and unbeleivable room charge calculations. Staff are friendly but they adopt a daylight robbery process. Please check your final bill.
Very bad experience with the appointment cancellation in this hospital. They only give the full refund if you come to collect before the doctors date if not they keep the hospital charge regardless when you canceled the appointment.

Very poor customer service.i tried several times to contact customer care officer they are not respond to me.they transfer my call but not rerespond. (2021.12.08, time 18.05 p.m - 18.17p.m)
Very careless staff.im here for a scan almost 1h.no one knows when dr arriving time.they dont even inform any delay of doctor

I want to to know when your good quality of service kicks in. I have called several times (check your recordings) to get channeling information which the people who answers the phone doesn’t seem to know, they keep transferring my call which gets disconnected in between and I end up without getting any information. Can you kindly make sure that the people who answer the phone are well informed so that patients don’t have to call repeatedly.
Service is very poor.i was waited for more than 1 hour to get a vaccine from etu.no one cares about the patients.i have uploaded a photo that shows how they keep corona infected one with other patients

Dr.bimsara senanayake channelling time is 5.00pm, dr. Came at 7.25pm, meet dr. At 7.40pm, within 2minute unfair rush and hurry in a race of consult a next patients, its Always late dr.bimsara senanayake but asiri hospital doesnt care about patient and time wasted, Any way dr. And hospital earn money ultimately
One of the good private hospital in Colombo and one of the most prominent and best hospitals in Colombo. They are systemic and offers international standards in Healthcare. Staff is well-trained and friendly. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all standard tools.
I learnt how medical Mafia is performed from here and you can find some of the worst nurses In Sri Lanka.
Seems good hospital but still not much customer care! And the attendance and nurses not respecting to elders.
Asiri Central Hospital is under Softlogic Group in colombo Srilanka, Which provides all in one medical services for people. It has very kind service staff to serve patients. Good service quality recommend to get health checks. Reasonable rates value for money.
High prices.on every single service they provide.double check your bill. And make sure you have paid for the correct service. Medial bills are more complicated but not hard to understand.
Good place for treatments. Good customer help desk, good pharmacies available.
But LAB STAFF is NOT in satisfactory level.they have not given kindly service to the patients. They are acting like a government hospital.need more training to them for how to treat to the patients or remove them from the lab asap, and must tell them this is not government hospital.every patients come here with spending so much money.
Specially they don't know how to take blood from small kids for the blood tests. One-day I saw one lab staff lady shout to kid when that kid refused for injection. That parents also not told anything to that lady.
If that fu_ing lady shout like that to my kid, I know how to talk her. What a bladdy staff.

Wooww excellent n servce and everything.but i have to mention chargers are bit high more than other private hospitls.beryone is very helpfull.bt plzz arrange a parking facility.on saturdays we have to go 2to 3 round to get parking.
Hopeless service of OPD doctor. A doctor with careless, unresponsive and 100% negative answers for our question, directs people straight to the consultation unit. Change the OPD doctor Immediately without putting the people in trouble. People no need to pay for the treatment they didn't get.
