The worst hospital were i have been. The nurses are soo unprofessional and the doctors english is very bad. It is dirty and Inside the rooms are flying lot of mosquitos. If you want to be healty do not go.

My mother admitted for 3 days in 11th floor. The staff behave like a government hospital.if we want any thing we need to reminder several times to them.some nurse don't care of patients, My doctor written the discharge at 5.30pm and when I am checking at 8 pm still they haven't informed and given the documents to billing section and simply telling that they have lot to do and Some staff members are good and polite few are very irresponsible,
and only one evaluator working for all the floor other evaluators service for particular floors. I wait more than 10 to 15 mins to get a evaluator. But bill is very very high, I really disappointed.

Worst service ever! I came to the hospital because malli had an accident and he was injured. We have been sitting here for 15 minutes until a doctor calls us. These nurses are walking here and there without giving due care for the patient. Have never seen a medical service like this hospital!

Excellent service start to end. I couldn't be more grateful to this hospital and it's amazing staff.
My father travelled here for open heart surgery January 2020. Having a major operation in a foreign country was a scary experience for both me and him.
The staff made it so an easy and stress free. Right through from Pushpa the secretary to the kitchen staff and nurses.
Every concern and question was answered and he was well looked after.
Huge precautions was taken for infection control prior to the surgery and the hospital was very clean.
The food was good although you will never satisfy my father on that department.
The surgery has been a success and he is slowly regaining his strength and becoming his old self.
A huge thanks to Dr Chrysantha Mendis, my father's anesthesiologist whom kept me updated every step of the operation and every day of his recovery. How he finds the time to do that with his high demanding job I'll never know. It made the world of difference.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital they did everything right

I wish u bring your attention that one Dr Isthi behaved very inappropriately towards me by getting phone number from nursing staff and messaging thereafter. I thought at fist he was extremely kind but then it seemed inappropriate. I can show evidence of the messages he shared with me. I was deeply in distress and he tried to take advantage. It's an OPD Dr called Dr Isthi

When waiting in the queue to see the doctor with proper channeling receipt lady who assist the doctor by getting patients in side the doctor’s room, not considering the correct order. It is ok if this is by doctors advice or any emergency patient. But seems ones who pass the queue is relations or friends of this lady. Not professional when considering lanka hospital and Nawaloka.

Excellent service. After taking an cray and few tests for my son to submit to a foreign university, we found that the name I'm the reports should be as per the passport. So I went on 19th Dec to do this and the staff at the x-ray unitvsnd the receptionist at the lab test counter were extraordinary.
They were very polite and helpful and all my work was done in about 30 minutes.
