Asiri Central Hospital - Central Hospital Limited reviews
68Called for a help. Very pathetic kept me on hold and after some times cut the line automatically. Very poor customer service
They charged 6000/= for a basic Ultra sound scan. Wow what a rip off. Never visit this hospital again. Be reasonable. Dont rip off people.
Good service. Staff's are very friendly to the patients. Good doctors. There are more than 2 pharmacy. Clean and hygienic wards. There are wending machines which we can get our snacks quickly. Good cafeteria. Theres a children play area in the 8th floor. There are fish tanks in every floor to entertain the kids. There are bill paying machines where you can pay your phone bills or any other bills quickly.
There's no free parking, slow elevators.
Good service but could improve from customer handling and directing patients to clinic rooms, as they giving instructions less accurate wasting time.
Offering international standards in health care, Asiri Central Hospital is a flagship entity of the Asiri Group of Hospitals.
Superb! ️ First thing that took my attention was the staff there, very kind & have a lot of patience. Nurses & Doctors will be available at any time & your relatives (sick people) will be taken care of better than you would ️ Not only the patient, guardian will also get a nice place to rest, store the stuff & a private bathroom Food is amazing So delicious & comforting? Loved this experience ️ Also we got the deluxe room (the lowest one) but it was really spacious & worth it. Thankyou! Hope anyone wouldn't wanna go to a hospital.
Please avoid visiting this hospital location. They charge parking fer even at their own car park in addition to the hospital and channeling charges.
Very professional and quick service! They have the required facilities and know how to treat patients well.
Really happy about 9th floor staffs and they are very kind. Expensive but really good service. Highly recommended ️
- it is one thing to get to a hospital, pay thousands of rupees and go through the stress of having to wait for ages between tests and appointments to see a specialist:
But what is exhausting and not acceptable is to not give a patient all the information needed before examinations, send them from one floor to another to be told they had to have had done the tests the evening prior or so and keep on dragging for days to a point the patient gets sick just of the hospital staff’s complete incompetency and gives up.
It’s not like you are providing a free service. It’s fee for service! And you charge in thousands!
Get it right the first time!
Life Line: The process was very good during the time of testing. My tests were done during the last week of December 2022. It would have been better if they could line up testing in a manner where clients are not kept fasting for a longer time. (Collection of blood samples and abdominal scan to be done first). Ms. Kumudu is very good in customer service but needs further atte tuin towards the above issue. Need attention from the client's perspective. Further, Mr. Rathnayake (May be his initials are H M) is an asset to the hospital. I observed high qualities in him such as providing support to his peer workers whilst continuing his service to customers. Further, I noticed that he follows up wih clients' needs without fail. Excellent service by him deserves appreciation.
Overall very good service.
Very good quality service. Trustworthy employees. If you run into trouble or get lost, the staff are very friendly and always available to help and direct you to where you need to go.
The worst experience ever.the doctor keeps forgetting what we told. I told where I'm for 10 times. And gave the medication specifically we said that did not work. And the medication he has given is for a illness that's not even connected to migraine.how do we trust on our lives when the doctor forgot what I said a sec ago. I 100% do not recommend Dr. J B piris to anyone.on note.the nurse was laughing in the back while all this happend without sorting v the miscommunication. I'm not sure if I should take the medication is not even.invain money on a service that was not even provided to a minimum level. Please do not pick DR. J B PIRIS for neurological problems.

The information communication between the sections was very bad, even though the call was switched together, it was not possible to know the distance to know the required information until the phone money ran out, no one failed to provide the information.
Poor service, aggressive billing team (except billing coordinator), less room quality.
My daughter was inpatient for over two weeks.
Dr service is good. But for nursing less staff hence they missed nursing quality,
Finally lot of time wasting to setting bill and bill clarification was aggressive and unfriendly. Daily bills were not updated and final bill was loaded with lot of unclassified amounts with aggressive expressions. Money was the prime target.
Rooms r having bedbugs and several issues. Rectification was not happened even after several reminders.
My wife given birth to our third baby yesterday at Asiri Central Hospital. Both previous deliveries done here too. No complaints so far. Ample parking for resident patients with parking pass facilities at 2nd floor. We stayed with our kids and my mother in-law as well in a Premier Room.
Good service. Nursing is very helpful.
I had a bad experience here I made appointment they inform me to come 06.00 pm but dr. He is not there he came exactly 7.10 I feel like waste of my time if the dr. Is coming late management should inform the patient properly its a very bad experience
I had a eye injection procedure to follow at Asiri Hospital Kandy. I had the worst experiences after the injection procedure was completed. Inefficient way of handling the patients to dispatch from Operation Theater. Billing procedure took almost one and half hours (past mid night), when inquired they said.it takes time, though the entire process is automated. I couldn't understand why? Some authorities in the hospital should review the billing process to make it EFFICIENT.
Overall a good service from everyone at the hospital; from the doctors, to nurses and other staff. When you or your loved ones are going through a major health issue it can be a very stressful time for the entire family and therefore it is important that you get the best care and Asiri Central is very understanding of this.
A special mention should be made regarding the nurses at the CTICU. They were very kind and friendly to the patient as well as the family making the difficult time a bit easier when you know your loved one is being taken care of well.
Covid regulations however are quite strict yet. Patients and bystanders are required to do RATs and PCRs at several stages which can be an added expense, however I understand that they need to ensure the safety of everyone
