Cosy Restaurant

The food was truly delicious. I had paneer masala and cook/waiter was kind enough to listen to me re amount of spices so it was perfect. I have found this quite rare in other restaurants. My friends had excellent spicy sea food soup and excellent mutton curry.and on another occasion Nasi Gorang which they loved. I particularly liked the freshly made varieties of Naan breads.all in all wonderful food. The service was great we had a friendly very professional waiter. A little slow but that was OK.

As the name suggests, it is a cozy place to hangout with friends and mostly families visit there for a variety of Indian and Western food/dishes. Consists of two portions where the at the immediate entrance is a waiting room and a good looking place to dine in. When followed in further, an open space for people to enjoy drink and smoke surrounded by arts painted on the walls and sometimes may feel like stepping into an art gallery. Good food which enlightens the taste buds but could be considered as not worth for the price since the portion served is not satisfying for the price paid. I may rate it with 3.5 starts if there is an option since the serving is really slow and had to spend around a full hour to get the food ordered. Customer service is not satisfactory but they do charge am additional LKR 90.00 on the final bill placed.

Super Tasty Authentic Jaffna Crab curry. Biriyani was tasty too. Lassi was not so tasty. But overall it’s a good place for your authentic jaffna dish cravings

Can't recommend. Cleanliness is so bad. Toilet smell came to the dining area. Food also not satisfied. Service should be improve.

Good service. Even in lockdown period they are supplying foods as door delivery. Specially I like their soup.

That's the reason I gave three stars. I found valampuri has more healthier choices and better service. If your consist just vegetarian only go for Nila restaurant. One and only best veg restaurant in jaffna. Not the mangoes

The food is great, For dinner we ordered Butter Naan and paneer Tikka masala and they took 53 minutes to prepare and serve with no apologies for the delays.

Not worth for money. But attractive location.

When having fried rice last month we found a dead fly

Had a biryani and a fried rice. It was tasty, but wasn’t worth the price and the ambience sucks.

Tasty Indian Breads and non veg curries (Chiken, Mutton, and sea food) Available. Can bring liquor and beer from outside. Staff friendly.

I have visited this place many time with friends. The Food was average. But I felt the quality was dropping with time. Service also not that great. One day it got 2 hours to deliver our food. As I was with friends, I was able to pass the time. But after that I have never been there.

Food delicious and tasty. But cleanliness and restaurant atmosphere is not enough. Pricing also bit high.

We didn't sleep there but we ate twice there. The food was really good. A little more expansive than others hotels in Jaffna but worth it!
You can bring your own alcohol, next to it there is a liquor store that close at 9PM.

Not suitable for family, mostly young crowd bring their own alcohol and treat this place as a bar

Good food with reasonable prices. Interior needs modernization and updating. Great place for take out. Call in your order 40 mins to an hour before.
