Beautiful place, spacious, friendly staff and a unique place for an event, the location is a bit inside from the main road, and the road is a bit narrow. Other than that great place.

One of the best location to have your wedding, birthday party or conference. Great surrounding view along with out of the box designed hall.

Food and beverage also really tasty and staff is realy friendly and their service is high quality.

Most popular among wedding photograpers and music video shootings. Great landscapes and architecture help them to make unique view for the background.

Very relaxing place. The restaurant provides tasty food and the service is super good and friendly. The Barnhouse also has high tea at LKR 750 pp. You need to pre book to have high tea. They have 3 chalets for overnight stays all built with wood. The swimming pool is slightly small but is enough for a small group. Access to the Barnhouse is easier from Panadura therefore, if you are coming via the expressway, exit at Gelanigama exit rather than Kahathuduwa

Environment and interior was so good. Went to the barnhouse restaurant. Food they offer is not worth for the price and quality also not so good compared to other restaurants.

Amazing place. Like a fairly land at night. The only reason why I didn't give five star is because the roads are pretty muddy and you can't walk on those without damaging your shoes. Even for a vehicle it's pretty difficult to get to the entrance. But other than that, loved the concept and the place

Really nice and calm place situated inside a rubber state. The concept is unique that cannot be seen anywhere else. Situated somewhat far from the urban area. All the buildings, interior decos, costumes, made with the same concept as a barn house. The stewart dress also eye catching. Foods also tasty. Really good place. Recommended.

A barn house made out of woods and surrounded by trees/ a garden. A nice looking environment brings a different feeling though a hotel. Foods are delicious.

Recently one of my friends wedding was held here and this place is awesome. You ll have a different experience here. I really like the architecture of the hall with timber structure and service is also good.
It is on a rubber state and you can do your wedding day photo shoot here and they have made amazing places to take photos here.
Only issue is you it is bit away from the main road you may need to use the map to find the place

What a wonderful place and a atmosphere. Really fantastic location with friendly and skilled staff. Went for a dinner out and the experience was superb. Had the barn special mocktail, it was really good. All the staff was friendly. Lakshan who serviced us was superb. Really recommend the place.

A nice and calm place to spend a day out with your family or friends. Swimming pool is available. All the buildings and rooms are made with wood and decorated with antique and recycled items. A large hall is available with a capacity of around 300 people. Nice place to arrange your wedding ceremony. Food is delicious and reasonable price. Just about 4km from Panadura town. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place

The best place I have ever visited during my stay this year!
We felt that it is a hard to find place in a rural area, but oh my when that doors opened it was a path to another dimension.
No WIFI concept is the best, you should live the moment without internet or any other social media in this place.

Great place with uniqueness. Bit pricey. Entrance road must be maintained I believe because that's when the first impression happens when someone enters into the path and then they find a dirt road which is pretty bad for a first impression. Went there for a hightea session which was fine, impressive service. Didn't have to wait much. 2 wedding halls are there, basically the smaller one is mainly for corporate meetings and special occasions. Environment is great. Appreciate the concept. Please continue to improve there's a long way to go.

Better place for a familly or staff outing. They have creative design for village barn. Staff is very friendly and coporative with anything you request. No attached bathrooms available for all rooms. Rooms have A/C. Not very big infinity pool but managable with the crowd. Foods fairly good and price reasonable.

Quiet surroundings. Well maintained with a rustic look. It has a restaurant opened from 11 am to 11pm, a swimming pool and few chalets.
Finding the place can be a bit difficult.

We had our batch Party here. There are two reception halls and these images are from the smaller one which is for max 50 packs. The staff is really friendly, food delicious. The hall is really classy. The only downside is the location. You may have to travel through Panadura Hirana Road for almost 5KM. But worth being there.
