Fabulous place. I’m sooo surprised when I saw this awesome place 1st time. It took me to a remote Russian barn in my mind. Really appreciate the designer who has a very creative mind. Also appreciate the owners who save a lot of trees and make this heaven more environment friendly. I’m a big fan of greatest writer Nikolai. You guys remake the story back to real life. The main hall is the best thing I ever seen in my life. It’s really really awesome with simple but awesome interior designs. You’ll feel like that you’re in a big vintage cowboys’ bar. Big salute for who made the awesome light arrangements. You’re right it’s studio really nice. Public toilets also really good, so clean and modern. Rooms also good but need some care about the bed. Need some maintenance. Rooms’ bathroom is looks so simple and also vintage but the sink tub need to change as I wish cuz it has a rough surface so people had to spend more time cleaning it. If you wish to stay calm this is the place. You’ll wake up with beautiful bird sounds. Swimming pool also need some improvements. Really really nice place. Really appreciate the creativity! ️️️️️️️

I went to this place for a wedding function. The road track was damaged a little coz it was washed off. I think they need to look into this issue.
I think this location would be great for a photo shoot than a wedding. But the place was differently beautiful. The area could handle approximately about 200guests I think.
Food varieties were less but food was fine.
Parking area had plenty of space.

They don't answer the number provided. Very disappointed. Can't expect anything further on coz they have let down the customer from the beginning.

Beautiful place for a rustic wedding. It is located in the middle of a rubber estate. It could be a little difficult to find the place. A lovely place for a garden wedding as well. Actually its an all-in-one venue for wedding. There is ample space for a garden ceremony, the studio is available for the reception, rooms are available as well as photo locations.

One of the most authentic places to be in. The food is fabulous and the setting is romantic. The staff is very uniquely dressed and the helpful to the core! We were invited to a wedding dinner at this place and my pregnant wife found it a bit difficult to sit on the wooden chairs. The staff did not hesitate to provide us with a comfortable pillow to make life easier for.my wife. All in all superb place with superb everything else! A must go place for some luscious pork!

An ideal place for a spend the day. The pace is mysteriously beautiful as it is located at a middle of a rubber estate and it is spacious. The food is delicious and you can BYOB. However the staff needs to be more attentive to the requirements of the visitors.

We went for a day outing to the Barnhouse studio, its a lovely eco friendly place. Very quiet and nice environment around, big space to play games, beautiful pool. Amazing staff helped us to make our day wonderful. Food is great we loved the tea they provided. Villas are very luxurious with AC and all facilities, beautiful design.

Looking for an unique place for your function? Look no more. This is a one of a kind experience and Best staff ever.

This really is a barn house. Good place to have a function with a different experience. Went there for night function - a wedding. I think there are cottages that you can rent in. May be I'm gonna go there once again in day time.

Loved their theme and the whole arrangement they had. It's quite a unique setup. However, I haven't experienced their food or Service since I went there to checkout the place for an outing. Their manager was quite helpful.

Woodden theme makes the place unique. Good for weddings. Everything is made by wood. Not so comfortable funiture. Good for weddings. Limited parking available.

Relatively built new. Cottage like stayings. Beautiful surroundings.

No proper bar. Pool is very small. No welcome area or lobby.

Went to check the banquet hall for a wedding function. Bit far from the panadura town. Inside it's really attached with the nature. Hall is good looking and going with the different theme. Love this place.

So far so good. Can't tell how the food is and all, but the location wise is very calm & quite. Perfect place for functions, birthday parties, day outings and for outbound training for companies.

They got different packages for weddings starting from Rs. 4070.00 and the menu is good. And for out bound trainings with welcome drink, breakfast, lunch & tea I guess. For 25 pax (min 25 pax) its about Rs. 6000.00 pp

For families or couples there are rooms (chalet's) bb 12000.00 / HB 15000.00 / FB 22000.00 if I'm not mistaken. (Please check the rates) there's a pool to enjoy.
