Do not have any dealings with Dialogue. This is a “low-life” gutter crawling company. If you have any problems with the service, you will not get any support. Most of the support options are automated. The answers provided are generic and will not solve any “real-time” issues. Getting access to a human is next to impossible. If you do get access to a human, the extent of problem solving for service related issues will be: “take out your sim and replace it”. The agent will then hang-up, if the problem cannot be solved. It has been 4 days since I have been able to make a phone call. Even though I have Rs1200 in the account, I am informed that my balance is Rs 1. There is no body at Dialogue to assist except low level morons. BE WARNED! My phone number: 764551906.

Dear dialog,
I really appreciate and like dialog services a lot, in fact everyone at my house uses dialog but we all have different issues with dialog. I have been trying to get a new sim during this period of time, I’ve tried calling dialog and messaged on watsapp yet no proper reply. Next my WiFi connection is terrible, I’ve been struggling during the pandemic due to poor WiFi connection. I’m hoping to change my WiFi connection if dialog is not planning on responding to my complaints. Please be customer friendly, don’t give us hotline numbers which will finally say, our guys are busy and all that, give us a proper phone numbers to contact and speak, it’d make our lives easier!

Even before I checked with customer care to replace a new sim with this branch and they said the have available new sims and when I go there no new sims available.wrost servive

Do not believe the advertisements in mass medias as the service is very very poor than you expect. This is my story for the 2nd time.
I purchased broad band connection from Kandy dialog arcade 0n 12th Nov 2020, the sales person " Malsha" with smiling always but we cannot smile when using the router.
This unit purchased on the said date to use my daughter's studies, online lessons, lecturers, etc worked my home area in Maskeliya Gives coverage not enough strength, but can work.
With effect from 1st March (this year) she went to Colombo for her further studies. IN COLOMBO, dialog router connects with good signal strength but not connecting with the computer. She used their hot line but no favorable answer in every times as call center hosts learn to answer but not understanding what customer need. Finally no signal and no answer for the issue, I had to buy S L T router to continue her studies.
I went to dialog arcade in kandy 0n last 20th, met customer relation officer and informed about the issue of the router. They checked their system and said that there are signal interfearance for the router and said to replace router by going to their nearest branch in COLOMBO as router still under warranty.
on same afternoon she went to Kaduwela arcade but she get an answer "No electricity come on next Day"
She went 21st morning and their answer was "out of stock" and further to them"go to Nugegoda branch to replace router ". See how they ignore their customers those who pay their salaries.
Though This morning we received monthly bill but without signal they ask the bill as this is money oriented service and no good customer service.
My advice, Not to buy any service from dialog as many competitors in the market. But country like Srilanka, only selling product and no after service. I hope to complain to consumer protection authority as nothing to do.

I was trying to get the telephone no.of Dialog office on D. S. Senanayake Veediya in Kandy. Direction maps are shown when I ask for the tel.no. Why are you so secretive about your telephone no?

බොහෝම ස්තූතියි මට අවශ්‍ය වෙලා තිබුන සාක්ෂි ඔයාලා විසින්ම මට ලබාදුන්නට.

ඔයාලගෙ ටෙක්නිකල් එකෙන් කතා කලා. එයාලට අනුව මගේ Usage එක (February) වෙන්නෙ 34.xGB (36GB කියල ගමුකෝ)

වැඩිම යූස් වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ Youtube එකට. ඒ 6.xGB ගණනක්. (7GB කියමුකො)
අඩුම යූස් වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ Amazon ප්ලගින් එකකට. ඒ 0.009MB

ඒ අතර තවත් යූස් උන url කිහිපයක් තියෙනවා. ඒ කියන්නේ Youtube එකට වඩා අඩුවෙනුත් Amazon එකට වඩා වැඩියෙනුත්. ඒ සියල්ලේ එකතුව 34.4GB කියල තමා කිවුවේ. අපි ඕකයි අර Amazon එකටත් අඩුවෙන් use උන චූටි චූටි url ටික (bytes ගනං වලින් use වෙලා තියෙන්නේ) සියල්ලටම අපි කියමු 36GB ගියා කියල.

හරි. දැන් ඔය තියෙන්නේ, ඒ කියන්නේ මගේ ටෝටල් යූසේජ් ⁣එක day time night time දෙකේම.

ඉතින් හත්තිලව්වේ දෙකෙන්ම පාවිච්චි කරල තියෙන්නෙ 36GB කියලා කියන ඔයාලාම කියනවා මම day time වලින් 31GB use කරලලු Night time වලින් 20GB use කරලලු.

ඒ කියන්නෙ 51GB use කරලා. හැබැයි ඔයාලගෙම Internal Report එකේ පෙන්නන්නේ 36GB ලු. මොනවද මේ විහිළු කතා මං අහන්නෙ?

එතකොට ඔයාලම කියනවානම් මම පාවිච්චි කලේ 36GB කියලා, ඉතුරු 15GB වලට මොකද උනේ මගදි කාක්කෙක් උස්සලාද?

දැන් අපිට සාක්ෂි තියෙනවා පැහැදිලිවම ඔයාලා මිනිස්සුන්ගේ ඩේටා හොරට කපනවා කියල සම්පූර්ණ පැහැදිලිව තියෙනවා ලස්සනම ලස්සන කෝල් රෙකෝඩිං එකක් එක්ක. ඒපසාක්ෂි ලබාදුන්නට ඔයාලාට බොහෝම ස්තූතියි. ඒ කෝල් රෙකෝඩිං එක දවස් දෙකතුනක් ඇතුලත ලංකාවෙ රීච් වැඩියෙන්ම කියෙන youtube channels, Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, Insta acoounts, Facebook groups හරහා සිරි ලාංකීය රසික ජනයාට අපි අහන්න සලස්වන්නම්

I've visited for repair my dialog tv remote controller.they checked and let me it is fine and no any error.but still not working properly.not good customer service.

Went in search of Samsung Galaxy S10+, sales staff not aware of item info, price, offers etc. Info provided was not correct.
The KCC branch is better than this but was closed.

I’ve been to this dialog service so many times, today is the first day where the customer service was not friendly at all, a lady who conducted me didn’t have any friendliness at all.

Easy to access new sim connection point took like 8 minutes, and walked out with a preactivated sim.just LKR 100 and got balance of 100 LKR and a welcome offer of 10 GB social media balance.
