Staff are very professional. Spacious place. Customers are handled politely.
I bought a smart watch online and it had bug. Lankeshwara and his team member from sales counter tried hard to fix it. Though spent over an hour or more I did not feel irritated because of the way they were handling. Finally they called merchant and got them to contact me. Merchant admitted that there seems to be bug and wanted me to return the device.

I have been using the same dialog SIM since 1998. That time dialog was the only digital provider. Now I mainly stay in Knuckles where I have good 4G coverage.

Giving 5 stars because you guys are awseome. You can buy phones and customer service is good.

Great service given. This is actually my point of view. Ques are minimised by an online token method which is great. My problem was solved within 30 minutes.

Great service Providing Technical Center Kandy. As a customer several times i got the experience and recommend to you.

Today I visited Dialog Arcade, DS Senanayaka Street, Kandy and my token number was 52.
I wanted to sort out my kids addiction to certain moviee channels which they have added on thier own. So this smart kind lady applied her knowledge and experience to sort it out.
This is not the first time that she went out of her way to help a customer. Several months ago I was lucky enough to meet the very same lady where I thought of buying a router would solve my problem of online teaching. Whereas again she checked my account and suggested why don't you switch on wifi instead of spending for a router which was necessary only for a short period of time.
What I noticed so outstanding about her is, she's intelligent and would offer us a better solution by being practical. Not forgetting, she she saved my unnecessary expenses plus all the hazzle.
Her name is Kalani. That's all i know about her. I'm not petsonally known to her. But I'm one of the rare people who would apreciate another pretty lady for her wonderful capabilities.

During the global pandemic this place has taken extra precautions on social distancing and safety first. You need to write your name in a book before you enter this location. Consists of 2 stories. Quick service and friendly staff. As soon as you enter, you need to write in your phone number and obtain a ticket. Until your ticket number is called out, just sit back and relax:)

This is a great place to pay your Dialog Bills. Staff is very friendly. You can pay your bills through a staff member or there are payment machines outside that you can use to pay easily. The staff will help you to figure out how to pay through the machine.

A good place. Nice to visit top of all. And last week I went there. There was this girl who served me and she was very friendly. Great customer service. Even the security guard was very helpful towards me. U don't have to waste your time. Very efficient. There's a rush and so crowdy. But I did not have to wait for more than 5 minutes. The job was done asap. You can do anything you want to get done at a dialog station because this is their main arcade in Kandy. Situated inside the old British Council building. They have done quite a remarkable place in building this area again. Hats off dialog. Thank you for the friendly service. I would also like to appreciate the service done by the folks at KCC centre at the dialog outlet out there. This place is much easier to find.

However, I have not tried calling them so I cannot specifiacally say about their phone answering speed or efficiency. Other than that I can recommend anyone to visit this place to get any kind of job done regarding your dialog services.
