I came with my mom for an emergency, due to a hand fracture, the emergency treatment unit said there's nothing they can do other than taking an x ray, and made us wait 3 hours without any treatment till a consultation doctor to arrive for appointment even through we went for an accident treatment, employees have no clue what to do even the nurse, they show signs of they don't want to work, the hospital is pretty much like the pettha bus stand full of dust and all, do think this place had any clean up done in years, hospital air filters, highly doubt they would do any filtering, more like incubators of dust

Not worthy. They are just nicely taking all your money by introducing packages for Angiogram. On top of that staff is also not managing the duties properly.
Not recommending to anyone!

Worst customer service ever had. Spend more than an hour until doctor comes to the hospital. And no one care about patient's waiting time. First time visit. Not recommended at all.

Extremely poor service overall. The inward patient care has come down drastically. So many mishaps and inconveniences during the hospitalization. Doctors were friendly and supportive about the clinical condition, but the sister, and some of the nurses, absolutely no clue about what’s happening. And sisters, atleast they claim to be, are very rude- ward 08, specifically. Lunch was not delivered until 4pm, and when inquired, they were not even sorry, instead, they just sent a sandwich an hour later.
Was told the dischage would be ready in 1 and half hours, instead it took 5 hours, just to prepare the bill. Waste of money and time.
Would not recommend at all.

Very friendly staff and the administration work is ultra convinient for patients. We went for a kidney procedure of my father and the whole stay felt like home. Really happy that we have a hospital with such a friendly staff. Highly recommended for surgical operations.

Had to admit at Asiri Surgical for 2 days. Got a room at 5th floor. Everything were so good. The staff including consultants, Nurses and minor staff were so friendly and kind. Even the food was good. Nice service and keep up the good work!

The place is overcrowded and total mess specially in weekends. There's no one to guide or answer your questions. They just merely send you here and there. What is the use of having 30k package if they can't just do simple things right. This is the 3rd time I'm being here and will never go again. Worst experience in private hospital.

Worst experience ever at Asiri Surgical. They don't have facility to mail medical test results within the same day. In competent staff mess up everything.

Poor customer service and the staff needs to realize that this is not a government hospital where you can treat patients like trash. Who ever is responsible in that department is definitely needs to be fired! Channeling and admitting myself or any of my family members here is definitely out of the question! Durdens far better than this, only thing convenient here is the parking

Not recommended for patients who needs critical care. On a person who has a serious infection and high blood sugar they were playing around. Dr. D. Anuja Somaratne was unable to diagnose the issues and do the needful on time. When Dr Anuja Somaratne gave up we had to get the patient transferred to national hospital and then national hospital promptly responded and completed the surgery within 12 hours. Going to Asiri surgical is dagerous.

Worst customer service by the ward nurses, they purposely delayed discharge process for some reason, had to wait more than 5 hrs to get the final bill even after completing all treatments and testing. Nurses say the delay is from the billing room side, but when I call the billing room they were not informed of the discharge by the ward. It was the ward nurses of 12th floor of Asiri Surgical showed this disgusting behaviour.

Worst hospital ever, my mothernever complained, cuz she was a patient, heart patients, but they give us hopes, saying, have faith in our surgery, she will be more active after surgery, and they killed my innocent mother, killed meaning, the surgery was a he'll of a failure, 8 lost my mother, for their fake hopes and promises saying success rate of this open heart surgery is 85%, for 78 old my precious mother, she was a teacher and a teachers educator forv45 years, she only did good deeds, why her, I lost my mother, thanks for unprofessional team of doctors, who s buying, attention life n gambling with our hard earned money,
It's a trap, don't be a victim

The wellness center is a waste of money and time. Have to stay in queues for a long time. Their service is not that good.

Wellness center. ZeRO Star. Overcrowded and underserved. Pathetic and not recommended. Happened to get their service as this is the only recommended Visa medical center in Sri Lanka. Nothing is organized. No system at all. I am complaining to the relevant immigration authorities if possible. One star because we can’t rate zero. Simply Don’t go there.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Ashoka Kamaladasa at Asiri Surgical Hospital on 26 september 2022, but it was postponed to October 31 due to the doctor's illness. Although I waited to see the doctor for a month, my name was not included in the patient list due to a mistake by the staff of Asiri Surgical Hospital. When I made a phone call and asked, they answered very unpleasantly, concealing mistake of the staff.

We came to Asiri Surgical to get an appointment. Unfortunately we had to wait more than 10 minutes to get the appointment. Nobody has paid much attention to us. I wanted to complain the customer service manager but the thay said the manager is not availabile. We were helpless and disapointed.

Also few months ago I had another bad experience at asiri surgical. They have given us a wrong time and date of the doctor's visit (Dr Lasantha malavige's). We came on time all the way from Jaela and they said that they've made a mistake. Please uplift your service

The admission staff including Ms. Haresha were excellent and efficiently directed us to our ward after admission paperwork. The ICU staff treated my mother with kindness and high level of care.

Convenient parking facility. Got a good pharmacy but the pharmacy staff weren't the best. However which ever floor you park, have to get back to 1st floor and get to your relevant floor.

I have admited for my ORIF surgery there. During my stay at hospital i have received best care and service. And successfully performed my surgery by Dr K Umapathy.
I wanna thank hospital staff and Dr k. Umapathy who did outstanding job for me. Also Mr Raj who cordinate everything for my surgery.
