Absolutely horrible call center, they just keep transferring the call just to cut the line in the end without anyone talking to you

Now the service is very poor. Most of the staff members are COVID positive and I'm also self quarantine b'cos of the infected Doctor. We are help less. They don't take any necessary steps

Full of mosquitoes at night. Pharmacy can improve a little having only me waiting for 6 pills. Specially at 11.05 pm

Asiri surgical is a well known private hospital in Colombo which provides channeling facilities, 24hr pharmacy, laboratories, labor rooms, OPD, operational theaters and many more. Their payments are relatively high but it is fair for the services and facilities they provide. It also has a vast area for parking with 24hr security. They provide the patients with vast waiting areas with TVs, coffee machines and the seats are quite comfortable. They maintain the sanitization within the hospital well but the staff should concentrate more on the behavior of the patients so that they can make sure that the patients keep 1 meter distance in waiting areas.

Horrible service at wellness center. Sitting over an hour at this near empty hall and they are just wasting time.

On of the most useless hospital which waste patients time as well as their customers. After informing their administrators also no action has taken place. Their work force doesn’t know their job and how important their customers. If you are intending to admit into this hospital give second thought and check whether this comment is true or false

Asiri Surgical Hospital is one of Asiri groups' main hospitals now operating under Softlogic group of companies. They have every medical service including a centre for cancer patients. You can call and book doctor's appointment, radiology and scan appointments, and other related services. There is a car park within the premises, however you will be charged even if you were patronizing the establishment. That is one negative aspect we experienced. Other than that, service was good.

I admitted this hospital for surgery. This was fine. Still i am in the hospital with ac room. From today morning ac is not working.we inform maintenance house keeping and public relaiton office wish 5 tel calls. Now 3.30. The first call given at 900.very bad service.we used celing fan and paid for ac room.my room no 816.

I m glad if could have option to give MINUS review. I m so unsatisfied with the DENTAL UNIT. For a permanent filling of my child they charged Rs. 21,000/- (Including Rs. 13,500/- doctor charges). Hospital administration should control Doctor charges or else they must place system to inform us about charges before start the treatments.

Good parking space but the way to up is not design with proper route width. Staff were really helpful.

I don't understand how anyone gives this hospital 5 stars. My dad was admitted on Sunday night with low sodium levels. They did a pcr test which was negative. And now they are doing a 2nd per test! And what is the bill for 2 days? 300000! For giving him saline and waiting for the results! Is there no justice in this country?
