Booked Travel PCR test online, selecting the preferred time slots provided on the website. Payment made online.
Received and email requesting proof of payment to the given WhatsApp number.
No other instructions are provided.

Arrived at the testing counter on time and waited for some time till staff were ready. After about 15 minutes a staff member came out and were checking for those who had booked online. By this time, there were easily about 25 people who had booked online and few who had paid as well.

To our dismay, we were told that we had to go to another counter, produce the confirmation of booking and payment, to collect a receipt.

All these took almost an hour. So disappointing that no proper instructions are provided, either at time of online booking and payment or when the confirmation was provided by WhatsApp.

Please do provide accurate and complete information. There were some foreigners too and this gives a bad impression of service in Sri Lanka. Do help to keep up to good standards.

One of the worst hospitals in Sri Lanka, pls avoid at all costs. Terrible staff who are in a world of their own and also post covid things have gone from bad to worse. Massive hidden costs to cover up for the decrease in patients due to covid. Toilets are dirty and not maintained. Softlogic has as usual ruined a good hospital!

Doctors and staff not working for time.
Doctors get very late to arrival at hopsitel so many patients seat on Chris for very long hours.

Got treatments for wife during last 3 months & service level of the hospital is satisfactory.hat offs for the doctors & nurses @ level 7 for their caring during the stay.

My daughter went here for a gastro surgery this week. The service and surgery were good, but be prepared to be overcharged by atleast 20%. Their estimates are not accurate - whether that is unintentional, or due to Asiri Surgical being a profit-oriented organization, I do not know.

Took my wife for her visa medical test. The wellness center was so disorganized, the staff scream patients names on top of their voices every 5 minutes. Takes ages at the counters, as the staff at them are always missing. Then they come in a hurry and mess your bill. No proper instructions are given to us. We had to ask several staff ppl what to do next after repeating what we had done so far, to each person. Expected more from a private hospital.

Had a great service on 2nd December.
Credit must go to prof. G. Constantine, staff in cardio unit and cardio unit front desk for their responsible and friendly service.
Due to a slight miscommunication from both parties, Doctor left soon after finishing an ECO test in the morning and the staff quickly responded and the doctor came back from Asiri Medical just for us.
All testing done with good care and know unnecessary pressure on the paitient.

Small suggestion,
PCR / RAT testing counter was little messy, if you can further smooth the process would be perfect

Got treatments during today a service level of the hospital is satisfactory. And the doctors & nurses level 8 for their caring during the stay.

Tried get some information about Pet scan but they transferred to pet scan unit but no answer, again they gave me a number and it's invalid number, please improve the service and very disappointed about the service

One of the worst hospital interms of customer care.today I called nearly 20 times to get my PCR report, they keep off on hold for 1 hour and cut the line no decency!

Will never step to this hospital again

One of the worst hospitals interms of customer care. Today I called nearly 5 times to get an appointment for an ECG but they keep us on hold for hours and cut the line. No decency to help customers either. Will never step in to this hospital again

Staff have a tendency to get overwhelmed very easily with a few people.generally end up talking about their own affairs rather than take care of the patients waiting in long lines. When you to the the referred room with a receipt you're asked to sit down and wait until someone takes pity on you and asks why you're there (waiting time varies from 30 mins to hours at an end). Extremely poor service.definitely go for other hospitals to get tests done.

Not worth it. Poor service and staff have cheap attitudes and patients aren't taken according to the number. Extremely partial. Go to government hospitals. They treat better and is free

The worst hospital in Sri Lanka! Their staff is unprofessionals they don't respect to patients or either. There service is nothing but worst. Calling center ends the calls while the conversation going on. Please go to a National Hospital. There service is more better than this Asiri Hospital. Actually this is the worst private hospital that I've experienced.

Very bad vibe, staff are not training to at least act professionals.

Staff are more interested in their own gossip and their breaks than the customers.

Appointment sheet says room # 309 but doctor is in 301 and non of the non medical staff (tons of them and seems to be doing nothing) don't care to inform the people waiting at 309.

Scary to be there with all these Covid choes.
