The cashier service is terrible. No value or respect for customers’ time. Always double check your bills.

I couldn't get an antigen test here probably just because I'm white and they wanted to sell me way more expensive pcr test.

I have been to Asiri Surgical Hospital one month ago and I did my FESS (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery) there. To my experience I can say that it is worth choosing Asiri Hospital if you are looking for a solution for your health problems.
The health professionals are really nice and well- experienced. There is also good hospitality, the rooms are well- cleaned and the different meals offered are well-served and tasty.
The consultations, surgeries and after- care and treatments are also exceptional whereby you can feel the expertise of the different professionals.
I also take the opportunity to thank my ENT doctor Sanjeewani Rupasinghe, the ward nurses and Mr Suresh the surgical coordinator.

The admission process took a bit of time compared with other hospitals.overall other services are good, the nurses at radiology department was good.ward doctors and ward nurses provide a good service

I have a suggestion to the management of Asiri Surgical hospital. Could you kindly have separate counters for the people who comes to get the PCR done in order to Travel. I think they should not be in close contact with the people who are suspecting Covid & showing symptoms.

Had to wait an hour for my Rapid antigen and the waiting area was too small and packed. I also had to wait over 45min to even get an appointment with an OPD doctor.

Helpful and friendly staff. Quick response. Appreciates good feedback. There is always room for improvement and I believe they are headed in the right direction. Highly recommended.

I am a foreigner and travelling out of Srilanka. Wanted to make a simple appointment for a Covid PCR test. No one answers their phones. How does this organization serve the people, make money and stay in business? Why isnt the government enforcing rules and force these type of institution to improve.

We are now at Asiri surgical hospital Colombo 05 appointment to meet dr.wariyapola still at hospital more than an hour.
Why we had an early appointment coz to minimize of risk of COVID 19, sitting morn an hour apart from schedule time is make us risk of COVID due to visitors contacts.
And other thing is I don't know why people gather everywhere with no distance as per health and safety measures.

Went with a critical patient, but the doctor and the nurse wouldn't let the guardian in with the patient. The patient was old and the state was critical and hence we really wanted one of the family members to stay with the patient to understand the treatment as well as the diagnosis. However the nurse slammed the door closed right in front to the guardian's face locking them out.

Cases like this should dealt with more sense and care. Highly disappointed by the hospital and the staff. The hospital doesn't even have a customer care unit to handle these complaints. Which means they have no desire to serve the customers better.

One of the busiest hospital in Colombo area and good place for channeling service. Prices are quite high but most of the services and equipments are available.

One of the worst hospitals in Sri Lanka, Horrible service offered by nursing staff. Ms. Chavindya Perera - junior nurse only provided excellent survive throughout the 26th December night out of all the nurses in the cardiac unit. Please send my gratitude to her.

The services provided by the entire Medical Team and Staff was excellent! Dr. Vivek Gupta and his entire coordinating Team were very Professional, exremely Friendly and very efficient in every aspect. Dont spend your valuble money and go to this hell, government hospital service million times better than this stupid place
Specially guys who travel abroad dont do your PCR test from this place,
