I have book vip lounge elite appointment for see my doctor I have pay double payment more than usual payment but that lady wait me during 30 minutes in normal patients waiting area. After that I got call from elite vip lounge I ask her is that proper place? Then she say I do not no go and search some where do not boring to me. And loudly say Are you mad person? I’m one of the doctor work in general hospital that lady’s behavior make big harm to my personality. Really bad place nawaloka hospital not recommended any one

The entry of Nawaloka Hospitals into the state dominated healthcare sector in 1985, saw the private health care system take root in Sri Lanka. The launch of the hospital and the overwhelming response it received from the people demonstrated a long felt need for superior healthcare in a pleasant environment.

Exceptional and superior customer service by Ms Rinzy. Never seen in any other so called luxury hospital in last 7 years of my stay in this country. My bank card did not work for some Internal issues but Rinzy made it a point to come with me to ATM even! She did not leave me until I got the desired service from the hospital. You are an asset to any organisation Linzy! Keep up this excellent work.

Worst service. On tue april 2022 got tablets from pharmacy bill was 458.30 cents and they charged me 460rs. Bill states 41.70 rs is given back as balance. But I just got 40rs. I went and asked back my rs 1.70.where she said no coins. Will they ever give us discounts if cents or 2 rupees are in our bill never. But just to get that 30 cents they charged me 2rs and said no coins to give balance. Everyone beware they are stealing and earning in thousands.
I want to give zero stars but unfortunately can't.

Please stop coming here! God knows why it takes 4 hours to get a CT scan done. So many people are waiting here and a brawl almost broke out because of the delays! So many other hospitals are there in SL that are better

Good service, but keep an eye on billing. They overcharged medicines prescribed for after discharge.

The most expensive hospital with lack of good service. Public hospitals are better than this. Used to be a good hospital but not anymore. It seems they are now only concerned about making money.

Got PCR result printout in minutes once notice was received by text message. They have a mobile team assisting on request in hotels around with very high standards of service. A breeze to see human dedication brings sense to a process often cluttered by bureaucratic rigidity leading to delays and inefficiency elsewhere.

Extremely bad service. I didn't see any difference between this hospital and a state hospital in terms of the service. Rude workers, terrible assistance for patients.

PCR mobile test is a day robbery. Government has mandated a maximum price of RS 6500 but thay game the system by charging RS 6000 as admin fee for visit. Total money making con

Recently I had a bad experience with Eye doctor "C. A. B Makuloluwa. He started to shouting at me without a reason. He dont know how to treat patients. He is such a bigshot who doesn't know to negotiate with people in a propper manner. Also he made me to wait more thn 3 hours. Guys please be safe when you channeling with this guy. Better avoid this kind of humbleness doctor. He thinks he is god. There plenty of better doctor waiting outside who can treat people with kind a good heart.

We booked an appointment for 12: 30 and doctor didn’t arrive for 2 hrs. Until we go and ask nobody came to inform those waiting. They don’t respect your time. This happened to me for more than 3 times in the recent past. No way to get a refund and walk away due to doc.lk booking policies, we need to wait for hours till the doctor comes or lose the money.

Nawaloka Hospital is a very reputated one, but they don't provide good customer service, specially the call center support is very disappointed. I had to call three times to get a reliable information by calling the hospital, but ended up wasting my time after visiting hospital as they have not provided me the proper details.

To make a booking for a particular doctor, online booking was not available and called and asked what was the reason and what could I do. Their first response was the doctor asked not to allow online booking and I had to come to the hospital 1 hr before the appointment time to get a number.
Since I need to travel from Kandy with my father for the appointment, asked whether there's any alternative, and they said no other way. That's completely fine, and planned a day and got a second call to check whether the doctor is available on a particular date. However I was surprised to hear that I could place the booking even in advance for future dates, but need to visit the hospital to make the booking. It was someone called Mr. Gayan and he apologized me for the previous wrong information I had got. I was repeatedly asked him and ensured that I could make the booking by visiting the hospital specially because I need to travel long distance to reach there.

With the new information, I decided to visit the hospital immediately next weekend thinking better to confirm the booking so that I can go with my father directly to visit the doctor on the appointment date.

I visited the hospital today and went to the channeling counter and their response was so unexpected that they said the doctor had asked not to accept any bookings. I explained everything I heard on both calls, but the staff was not so helpful!

My next option was to reach Mr. Gayan since he ensured me that I could make the booking. He said he's on leave and asked another one in the hospital to check on this matter. She also checked the system and said again that she can see the available timeslots and should be able to make the booking. I was wondering whether I am in the same hospital as different people were saying completely different stories!

She was helpful and came with me to the cheneling counter, and the staff there repeated the same they had told me. She also had no other option that saying me sorry! Somehow travelling hours to Nawaloka hospital to make the booking was a waste of my time with no outcome. It's completely fine that a doctor is not available for booking, but I am really disappointed on why the staff cannot communicate it well to the customers without wasting their time. Think management should involve on this and take precautions to avoid these type of incidents at least in future otherwise it's not good for the reputation of Nawaloka!
