Nawaloka Hospitals PLC reviews
79One of the worst private hospitals in Sri Lanka. No COVID prevention measures. Lifts are overloaded.
Worst hospital system ever. No time management at all. Staff with poor knowledge and customer service. Neither doctor nor management care about time. Seems they don’t know how to manage time with patients. Not giving exact time for consultation or surgery. Making elderly patients wait for more then 8-10 hours just because of doctors poor time management and staff letting others to jump the queues. Service doesn’t worth the money compared to other hospitals. Zero customer service.
Good service. But they do not give discount for big bills as declared for their Lawyalty customers
I was delighted by the service given by the staff of Nawaloka hospital and would like to recommend to everyone
The best hospital is SriLanka. Modern hospital facilities. Great service. Doctors here are the best.
I have visited today from Galle with my mother for a Dexa scann since they have given an appointment today @ 11.30 a.m. However after visiting the hospital they informed me that the machine is under repair and unable to do the scann. Further one lady came and she told me that we have already informed to all appontments. However no one informed me regarding that.
Today I came from Galle. However I did the scann from another hospital since there are lot of hospitals in Colombo area. But as a reputed hospital, this makes me realy very unpleasant feeling.
Worst place ever visited. Came with 12 hrs fasting to admit checkups on 10 am. Its took 4 hrs for admission and came to room 2pm. Testing postponed due to to over fasting.
Consultant signed the paper for discharging around 4 pm. Took 4 hrs to send the documents to insurance company. Now 8pm.
This is the worst hospital ever visited. Think before getting admit or getting any service
When we took our father for a surgery we had no clue on the admission process especially with PCR and other new procedures. M. Vijayadharshani the Customer relations officer was so kind and guided us on every step. Her hospitality and professional approach was really touching. Thanks
One of the most prominent and best hospitals in Sri Lanka. They are systemic and offers international standards in Healthcare. Staff is well-trained and provides a best in class service with all due respect and kindness to patients Both at the Hospital and Intermediate Care Center at Mount Lavinia. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all standard tools. Special Thanks to Mr Nalaka and the Team for superb coordination during one of the most difficult time in our Life.
Old building public area has no air conditioning. When air not circulating it very smelly and bad odor. No one to complain. Government hositals better than this. When you charge huge amounts it your duty to provide basics.
One of the best hospitals in the country for Fertility care. Staff are HIGHLY caring and friendly. Thanks for all the staff in Fertility Centre in Nawaloka hospital.
Went here for a PCR test. Almost nobody keeps enough social distance. Inside there isn't good ventilation. They don't support and even know what contactless NFC payment is, which is a lot more safe to pay during covid.
Signing is unclear. For example payment cashier had a sign chinese only on top of it, which make me confused that I had to be at another row.
All by all it is a high potential covid Corona super spread facility instead of keep people safe. Won't recommend to go here.
If you ever want to waste your time money and health visit here.
Met with an accident they complicated it created more complications and exaggerated the billing.
Even if the had charged extra money for good service would have been acceptable
But they play with your health for money
One of the best hospitals in the country, excellent service and they are equipped with newest medical equipments, overall the hospital service is superb and highly recommended
Very disappointing experience it's basically just like a government hospital at a higher price. I'm here for like 45 mins to get an xray, they just have one xray counter for the entire hospital, when asked they have 2 it seems and one closes at 10 and there is only one 24 hour functioning xray counter for their entire hospital what a surprise and also the best thing about them is that we should take a receipt from the xray counter go all the way to the cashier in the main entrance to pay for it and bring the bill back the receipt to the xray counter of such a modernised hospital as they sound. Poor Management Very disappointed. People pay expecting to get a better service from you and you treat them like this. I wouldn't even think of recommending this hospital to anyone.
Nawaloka Hospital is the best private hospital in Sri Lanka. Their charges affordable high but they provide good service.
1. Very disorganized endoscopy unit. Everyone is asked to come at the same time without allocating time slots for each patient. As a result, patients have to wait for hours while being on fasting. Staff is also not good.
2. Laziest pharmacy can be seen in the old building next to the cafe. Many pharmacists are idling there.
3. Most of the receptionists don't look pleased to help you when you ask them for directions or information.
No respect for people. Nobody cares about patiens time, 11 patient for CT scans are told to come on the same time, so some people have to wait in the queue for 2-3 hours. Why not to tell different times to different patients? Why not to respect others?
Worst hoapital in Sri Lanka. My son was put on a broken MRI machine thrice. He was almost abt to go into concussion. Then was told the machine is faulty and money refunded. Most disorganized hospital. I urge everyone never to go to this hospital
One of the best private hospital in sri lanka with the latest technology and the greatest medical staff.staff is very friendly.you can choose your hospital room according to your budget and there are food stores for visitors. And each hospital room equipped with a washroom, a tv and with a cupboard. Great service.parking available. I highly recommend this place for those who are searching for premium service for you and your loved once.
