Nawaloka one of the oldest hospitals which is on high standard as for current Sri lankan hospital standards, New build is huge but yet to need to be more simple when finding floors for a appointment. I had a appointment on 9th floor.

From the entrance towards right side there are lift which is marked Staff Only. To be honest you should give higher priority towards patients. It is really hard to find the correct lift which goes to 9th floor. I had to walk to 9th floor because it was getting late.

Overall floor is clean, reception seems to on point and appointment floor is very quiet with a nice view. I recommend for anyone is hospital yet slightly expensive.

Nawaloka hospital helped to save my 86 year old grandfather's life when he was in a critical condition. The doctors and nurses provided him with great care and compassion. The charges are obviously high but it is worth it when it comes to a human life. And they try to keep the patient for a longer period of time just to bill you high.

Please avoid this place. Too many hidden charges and you will never ever know the real cost before you agree.

Just called for information on an emergency appointment at 4: 20 AM on November 4th and whoever I spoke with was rude and an utter idiot! Get better staff to work for your hospital.

One of the worst hospitals in the the country. My aunt went for a surgery to remove her varicose veins. The room wasn't properly cleaned. The toilet was smelly and wasn't washed. Not even a bottle of water was provided. We were asked to use tap water for drinking. We got completely different meals than what we requested. Blankets were all dirty. Do NOT ever consider this hospital for any hospitalization or treatments.

Good service even though there are hidden fees, helped to save my family member by doing a bypass surgery well. Highly recommended, however please note there are hidden fees

The nurses and doctors here are really helpful and caring. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis during my stay here and the rooms were OKAY overall.
I was mostly impressed on how friendly the staff was.hats off to them

Poor atitude among the workers. Even the junior security officer raised his voice at me for his mistake. The people who are at the counters are so lazy that they do not help us at all. This use to be a good place but im disappointed in both the recent arrivals at nawaloka hospital. Furthur, the doctor is always late for his appointment and wasting patients time. No water cups to drink only water dispensers. TV dosnt work. Fed up to the max. Hate nawaloka.

Nurses are very caring
Toilets need to be cleaned thoroughly especially in the Kids section as infections can spread.

The customer service charges time to time. Sometimes good sometimes bad. It's really not what I expected. The e channeling service isn't accurate. I've to say I'm disappointed.

I am very disappointed about nawaloka hospital. Theirs only vision is earn money. Not a make a healthy man. Please don’t waste your money.

There’s person in the cafeteria with spectacal. That person doesn’t know how to talk and treat.

No credibility is not good
My child has a tongue complex I went to the hospital before the treatment and we agreed on the date of the treatment and its cost I was surprised that the price after the treatment became double Cause I am a foreigner This is bad There is no credibility and the hospital lacks a lot of hygiene through my experience I recommend Lanka hospital

May be the Hospital is good but public toilets are much more clean than hospital wash rooms, no tissues, bad smelling, water blocks on the wash basins, unclean toilets, ect.

Worst hospital experience I ever had from Cardiologist’s room staff at the new building Nawaloka Hospital.

Pathetic food quality for sky high rates. Not at all worth it, ripping off customers. Poor service.

Nawaloka is one best and most know private hospital. It has new and old building. New buildings is very nice and organised but old building everything is not that good I think thire going to move everything to the new building hopefully.

Worst customer service ever at Nawaloka. Channelled doctors twice.doctors were late. Pathetic customer service. Got the refund and walked out and got the channelling done at another private hospital. Nawaloka cares money and doesn't provide service to patients. Will never go to Nawaloka

New building was opened for the channelling center recently. But location details are not there in the lobby and unable to find the place of the doctor or section. Better building planning was not there and not customer oriented.
Parking facilities are on the same building downstairs.
Customer care officers needs some training.
