Good management in the Delmon hospital and they treated the patients very well and the doctors and the nurses also treat the patients very well. Really appreciated for their service which is given for the patients

Excellent care and attention with entire crew of the ICU department. I wish them every success and blessings. But Matron seems totally unfit to her apointment.

Comfortable rooms but unfortunately not all rooms are air-conditioned and no television. The nursing staff are great and very attentive to all details. The rooms are not equipped with hot water. The food is very cold and bland. They don't provide any utensils. It could very expensive depending on illnesses. Parking is limited, there is wheel chair access on the side of the building.

Caring, friendly staff. I come to this hospital because of my family physician. Hospital charges overall are very reasonable. 24 hour nursing service, cleaning service in the ward I stay is very good compared to some popular hospitals my family had stayed. For my requirements emergency service was good.

The cashier was not wearing the mask properly. Felt very uncomfortable because of it, not only me there were few others who noticed this as well.

Place doesn't look nice but okay. Walkways are mostly crowded at ground floor. Parking most of the time full. They provide several medical cares and some very good consultants also visit here. Provide xray, scanning services too. Have medical laboratory. Receptionists sometimes looks morons. Overall good but they need lot of improvements.

Gòod service but charges are not reasonable. Didn't provide sanitizer and there wasn't a person to check temperature or to remind about mask nor to sanitize at entrance but they charged me 3600 for Covid prevention. Doctor paid two visits and the charged 10000. Very unreasonable

Please let me know if you offer a short term Medical Scheme for Sri Lankans living abroad who visit Sri Lanka on holiday, say to cover Physical exam, Pressure check, blood tests any cold cough fever etc.
Period from 30- 90 days.

My son was born in this hospital. Nursing officers were so friendly and supportive. VOG Dr Akbar's service was great.
But the lady doctor who was in charge of the maternity ward was so rude. She behaved like a typical lady. She was scolding and used indecent words inside the labour room. I think the management should not recruit these types of doctors. Felt like we were in a government hospital when she was scolding.

Worst management ever I saw. No proper time management. They ask patients to come on different time and gives the appointment time different (normally 2 to 3 hours later from the time patients are asked to come). It causes patients inconvenience some times makes patients irritated. Mainly the doctors are not responsible who never think about the precious time of us.

Predominantly tamilian speaking staff due to which patients face difficulty finding their way around the facility. Some see their behaviour as rude due to language. Even though medical services and appointment management is not upto mark. Doctors and not punctual for their schedule appointments and patients face problems and waste a lot of time waiting for their assigned doctor. Equipment support is adequate.

Went for an emergency, (simplified)

But just an opd doc was there, and that lady doc had no skills to handle a very tensed situation, staffs were giving openions.

Staffs and doc were having issues.

And in that very high tensed situation, they wanted to pay the payment

Then when i thought leave to another hospital with no point wasting time in there, they asked me to pay another amount even though they know i m in a hurry!

Money isnt the matter there but the patient!

Management should be aware of these Very poor service!

Very bad experience. The receptionist at the dermatology unit has no patience. Had to call several times to get full details.

I went for a TSH test for my newborn to delmon yesterday the 10th of November 2023 at 7pm, I made the payment as usual and got the receipt, they asked me to wait, after a while they asked me to go to the 2nd floor, they told me to wait in the reception while they took my baby into a room, I tried entering the room but they forced me to wait out, I could hear my baby screaming, I tried looking through the door I could see around 4 nurses sorrounding my baby and I could see them injecting many places on my baby's body, I was so upset and afraid didn't know what to do because my husband was not with me, when I asked a nurse who was outside why he's crying so much and they injecting him with the needle in many places she said that's how they do it and she was very rude, what's the difference between a government hospital and a private hospital, after around 10min they brought the baby back saying they couldn't find the nerve, their experienced nurse is not available and she will be available tomorrow and asked me to come back tomorrow to take the blood. How can they do this, aren't these nurses sane? If they had told me at first before injecting my baby around so many places that their experienced nurse is not available I would have definitely gone back and come the next day. Plz who ever reads this spread this news to other moms, these nurses are insane, I would like to make a complaint to the authorities and take a proper action to this. I don't want this happening to any other little baby ever.

Good for nothing hospital! Don't take yourself or your loved ones if you actually do love them!

- Poor staff, both knowledge and attitude
- Most of the doctors who consults here are not the best
- Lack of medical resources, such as tools or materials so they try to manage with what they have which could be quiet dangerous
- Rooms and washrooms don't feel very clean, specially the smell it gives hence the prices are much cheaper
- Don't take a chance with this hospital if you have any serious health issues!

GARBAGE! The most Irresponsible and worst hospital ever.

I had to book an video/audio consultation through this hospital. It was suppose to be held at 4.30 pm, but I didn't get any information regarding the consultation. I called them and asked about it. Then they informed me that it would be postponed to 8.30 pm. But until 9.10 pm, I didn't get any contact from the hospital regarding my consultation. When we inquired regarding this issue, no one was there to take responsibility. The attitude of the staff was utterly unacceptable and irresponsible.

Specially the receptionist and channelling section (9.15 pm 29th December 2022). They put me on hold many times and I had to listen to their internal conversations regarding their dinner.

These people don't care about patients. Don't book this hospital! Beware of these scammers!
