Evening OPD lady doctor service is terrible, very rude and threatening manar, working for financial target of the hospital administration. As many said here parking also a problem. Under a Bad management for a long time. Good location but bad service.

Wrost service (i tried to get doctor detail) rang 3 times once receptionist answer the call she just transfer the call to somewhere without saying anything i just wait on line for 3 to 4 mins than cut the line.it's happened all 3 times

I see lots of bad comments from the timeline, but still no improvement taken care. I’ve very bad experince here from the receptionist to through out all the staffs. It was like our current parliament situation. Not recommend people to admit here at all.

Vry bad calling center thy don’t respond properly n most of them do not know English wen v call they answer the call n just keeps us on hold or they answer n cut the line this has happened many times plz look into this.

Worst customer service. Receptionists know nothing & just make the patients walk around for informations. A government hosptial is far better & they need to be provided with service skills specially.

Excellent care and attention with entire crew of the ICU department. I wish them every success and blessings. But Matron seems totally unfit to her apointment.

Worst service, receptionist cannot speak English and they change the appointment times as and when they like. I was told to come at 8pm for a doctors appointment and casually told me the doctor is gonna be late and to come back at 9pm and when I went at 9 he was still not there. So I think for the same channeling charges you have better options round the corner (Galle road)

Made a booking for a doctor satgurunathan dematologist and my booking time was 10 am. I have waited there longer than 1 hour and the doctor didn’t come. When we query the details from the receptionist they didn’t give a proper reply.
