Went for an emergency, (simplified)

But just an opd doc was there, and that lady doc had no skills to handle a very tensed situation, staffs were giving openions.

Staffs and doc were having issues.

And in that very high tensed situation, they wanted to pay the payment

Then when i thought leave to another hospital with no point wasting time in there, they asked me to pay another amount even though they know i m in a hurry!

Money isnt the matter there but the patient!

Management should be aware of these Very poor service!

Very bad experience. The receptionist at the dermatology unit has no patience. Had to call several times to get full details.

I went for a TSH test for my newborn to delmon yesterday the 10th of November 2023 at 7pm, I made the payment as usual and got the receipt, they asked me to wait, after a while they asked me to go to the 2nd floor, they told me to wait in the reception while they took my baby into a room, I tried entering the room but they forced me to wait out, I could hear my baby screaming, I tried looking through the door I could see around 4 nurses sorrounding my baby and I could see them injecting many places on my baby's body, I was so upset and afraid didn't know what to do because my husband was not with me, when I asked a nurse who was outside why he's crying so much and they injecting him with the needle in many places she said that's how they do it and she was very rude, what's the difference between a government hospital and a private hospital, after around 10min they brought the baby back saying they couldn't find the nerve, their experienced nurse is not available and she will be available tomorrow and asked me to come back tomorrow to take the blood. How can they do this, aren't these nurses sane? If they had told me at first before injecting my baby around so many places that their experienced nurse is not available I would have definitely gone back and come the next day. Plz who ever reads this spread this news to other moms, these nurses are insane, I would like to make a complaint to the authorities and take a proper action to this. I don't want this happening to any other little baby ever.

Worst hospitality and poor treatment in Colombo. Not a good service in channeling a doctor. Not recommended

Really disappointed with the way the receptionist who is in the channelling behave today (28th December at 8 p.m)
She is an old woman but doesn't know how to treat people.

Good for nothing hospital! Don't take yourself or your loved ones if you actually do love them!

- Poor staff, both knowledge and attitude
- Most of the doctors who consults here are not the best
- Lack of medical resources, such as tools or materials so they try to manage with what they have which could be quiet dangerous
- Rooms and washrooms don't feel very clean, specially the smell it gives hence the prices are much cheaper
- Don't take a chance with this hospital if you have any serious health issues!

GARBAGE! The most Irresponsible and worst hospital ever.

I had to book an video/audio consultation through this hospital. It was suppose to be held at 4.30 pm, but I didn't get any information regarding the consultation. I called them and asked about it. Then they informed me that it would be postponed to 8.30 pm. But until 9.10 pm, I didn't get any contact from the hospital regarding my consultation. When we inquired regarding this issue, no one was there to take responsibility. The attitude of the staff was utterly unacceptable and irresponsible.

Specially the receptionist and channelling section (9.15 pm 29th December 2022). They put me on hold many times and I had to listen to their internal conversations regarding their dinner.

These people don't care about patients. Don't book this hospital! Beware of these scammers!

They charge you the nominal channeling fee. But dont have proper method and seating outside the doctors room.

My first visit for this hospital. Parking facility is limited and spending more time to park a vehicle.

Worse experience. Nurses aren't attending properly. Doing their works taking their own times. Doctors aren't punctual. Service is very bad. Washrooms aren't clean very disgusting.

Highly disappointed with hospital customer service. Today (29th September 2022) been to hospital to show my reports at 3: 20pm and informed to the reception asking the particular Doctor, she said doctor is didn't come yet once he arrived we will inform. I waited till 4: 20pm in the lobby area, no call from the reception. I went to the reception and checked with them, they telling me doctor went at 4pm reason was he don't have patients today. I was like I waited 1hr they should inform me. But they put fault on me, doctors won't stay for see reports. If hospital needs fees to show my reports, it's ok I can double pay but don't waste patients time asking please be seated and will announce. I wasted my hour time at hospital today and want to go tomorrow again. I don't know tomorrow also I have to face same issue.

Absolute garbage hospital. I booked an appointment for 5 pm, arrived on time and was kept waiting for over an hour. Every time I asked a nurse how much longer, they said the doctor is almost here, but even after 6: 15 pm, I was still waiting. I canceled my appointment and left, they completely wasted my time

Unfortunately I can not give 0 star. Worst hospital ever seen. Plz don’t visit to this hospital. I had the worst experience. The attitude of the staff and scolding the patients for no reason even is there mistake. Very rude staff. Management should be concerned about this. Or else hospital staff will kill the patients. (there is 3 girls in the reception…teach them how to treat a pregnant woman) or else you will loose the patients. We will never ever step in to this hospital.

Just rushed to OPD as my mother has a severe leg pain. OPD doctor did not even take the patient inside the room. We had to tell her to what medicine to prescribe. Terrible. Most of the staff were sleeping including security. Waste of appointment charges and time

I went yesterday for an appointment.first thing receptionists wants to talk the language they need.they started talking in tamil.when i say i cannot understand she still talked in tamil.then when i go to the washroom in ground floor, not cleaned at all.floors are slippery. As im pregnant i stepped very carefully.cannot sit on the commods.wet and dirty.toilets were not cleaned for ages.bad smell, and no toilet rolls.after we sit infront of the channeling counter we had to tell to switch on the fans.the switches were behind the receptionist, without standing from her chair she is calling another worker to switch on the fan (the recrptionist who had gold makeup on her eyes and nose also) Just the make up she had. A very lazy woman i have ever seen! Thr time was only 7.30am.not crowded even. If they cannot treat one person well how can they handle when it is crowded. I decided not to channel any doctors at Delmons hospitals here after.that is the worst experience i've ever had in a private hospital.

I had the worst experience.we consulted Dr. Rani Sidhambarampillai. The attitude of the doctor was too high. She is So rude. She pretended to be treating patients for free. She does not support patients.and scolding for a small mistake. Management should be concerned about this.

Gòod service but charges are not reasonable. Didn't provide sanitizer and there wasn't a person to check temperature or to remind about mask nor to sanitize at entrance but they charged me 3600 for Covid prevention. Doctor paid two visits and the charged 10000. Very unreasonable

This is a worst service provider in private hospitals in Colombo which do not have enough doctors to provide proper treatment to the patients.last night I went there for an emergency treatment i would like to inform you that proper medicine was not provided to the patient please do not go if anyone is in an emergency situation
