New Delmon Hospital

The guy at parking lot is a thief & cunning fox, So many times i have had disputes with him, many times he got caught with us charging for extra an hour, most people don't notice this as they don't check the bill.

This is happening for years, and the hospital management doesn't care about this.

Imaging how many vehicles per day, and how much he is robbing away per month!

I came to with my father in hospital.i have the 5000/. No change all cashier (inculuded pharmacy). I went out change and came.pls noted

This is regarding a situation I have undergone when I took my aunty to the hospital. Worst private hospital ever. Uncleanliness, no proper arrangements to aline the appointments, unorganized and very unprofessional.
Patients have to wait hours and hours to consult a doctor. Poor call service and they keep on transferring the call for no reason. Receptionist and nurses are more keen on gossips than looking after the patients. Employees treat patients as if they pay for my medication. Having a motto of “ Your Health is Our Concern” is just a word.
Think twice before you step in.

The worse call management and appointment management I've ever seen. Only a couple OPD doctors are responsible enough and the rest are very negligent. Waiting time to consult a doctor is way too high.

Nurses are lack of knowledge in wound dressings. Training required for new employees. Poor Cleanliness. Noisy environment.

I have mentioned the time line exactly which I face a problem!
I called delmon general hotline and said can you please transfer the call to the pharmacy department (they were so humble and just transfer the call the hay department) then the pharmacy person talk she was so quick and one word reply and cancelled the called! Then I called again same process! Until the pharmacy person answer the call, then I said you were saying and just cut the called but I want to know wether the medicine is same brand and the other details (she is saying “KOCHARA WATTAVAK KIVE ADA”) actually why I need to mention these here today is these sort of people doesn’t know how to talk to people!

Please give time slots for patients.whilst hating to any hospitals for their atrocities.today I had bring my mother for a consultation to meet a doctor.when we want to make an appointment over the phone they said we should make the appointment directly to come to hospital. We reached at 0930 hrs and it’s now 1150 hrs to meet the doctor. This is very unfair to make to stay a patient for such a quiet sometime to meet a doctor. I would suggest all the hospitals to bring up a time frame for each appointments and inform the patient to come exactly at this sometime.besides this.they levy a parking fee of rs80/- for spending more than an hour. SriLankan hospitals has to think passively from a patients view. Delmon Sucks

Place doesn't look nice but okay. Walkways are mostly crowded at ground floor. Parking most of the time full. They provide several medical cares and some very good consultants also visit here. Provide xray, scanning services too. Have medical laboratory. Receptionists sometimes looks morons. Overall good but they need lot of improvements.

One of the worst hospital you can imagine about. Let it be management, nursing, punctuality or aspect- worst in every way.

The worst hospital in the country. Poorly maintained. They neither treat patients nor staff. Although the services the expensive, their quality is utterly inferior.

Unclean, unprofessional and you get sicker just looking at the hospital!

This may have been old and well known but that shouldn’t stop you from maintaining it and provide a hygienic environment.

Calling it a private hospital is far fetched. I’m surpised the Health Ministry allows this hospital to run!

The staff needs to be a lot kinder and organized!

And provide proper seating with proper space
For circulation! Your tiny corridors are just clusterphobic! And placing chairs between the main door opening and the wall isn’t proper seating!

Overpriced for your bad service definitely.

Please consider proper maintenance and hygiene.it’s a hospital after all!

Worst hospital ever. They are giving the priority to the muslims not to the appointment number and the doctor doesn’t give a damn about the patients.

If the doctor is late why these management not informed the patients.
It's almost 1 hour and 15 minutes late by Dr Mrs niyas
Every one should respect others time even Doctors.
They are educated peoples

I have really two bad experience in this hospital. If you need to save your loved one or friends don't keep them in Delmon Hospital they will kill the patient little by little even they are in good condition when they visiting there.finally they will only give a dead body after taken more money. This hospital is a business place not a caring place. Government should ban this hospital.but they will not as they are paying more tax and extra money. When you channelling to specialist doctor they will recommend to keep the patient in Delmon hospital, because of the commission from hospital.even they are good doctors don't hear their advice when they ask you to meet him in delmon hospital if you need to save your life and money!
This is all about money!

Predominantly tamilian speaking staff due to which patients face difficulty finding their way around the facility. Some see their behaviour as rude due to language. Even though medical services and appointment management is not upto mark. Doctors and not punctual for their schedule appointments and patients face problems and waste a lot of time waiting for their assigned doctor. Equipment support is adequate.

Very bad services even they are not ready transfer the call to channeling. Every time if I call they are telling that channeling is busy.

Worst service, please go here only if you don't have enough money to go to other good hospitals

Some of the doctors are extremely rude towards poor patients, notably DR. S.
F. L. AKBAR, GYNACOLOGIST. Many of my friends, including me found him to be very rude and disregard our complaints completely. I guess being kind and polite are overrated to doctors.

Very poor Customer service and this is the first hospital I saw that vehicles of the patients also charged for parking.
