47Do not have any dealings with Dialogue. This is a “low-life” gutter crawling company. If you have any problems with the service, you will not get any support. Most of the support options are automated. The answers provided are generic and will not solve any “real-time” issues. Getting access to a human is next to impossible. If you do get access to a human, the extent of problem solving for service related issues will be: “take out your sim and replace it”. The agent will then hang-up, if the problem cannot be solved. It has been 4 days since I have been able to make a phone call. Even though I have Rs1200 in the account, I am informed that my balance is Rs 1. There is no body at Dialogue to assist except low level morons. BE WARNED! My phone number: 764551906.

Staff are very professional. Spacious place. Customers are handled politely.
I bought a smart watch online and it had bug. Lankeshwara and his team member from sales counter tried hard to fix it. Though spent over an hour or more I did not feel irritated because of the way they were handling. Finally they called merchant and got them to contact me. Merchant admitted that there seems to be bug and wanted me to return the device.

I have been using the same dialog SIM since 1998. That time dialog was the only digital provider. Now I mainly stay in Knuckles where I have good 4G coverage.
No proper response in customer care. Still am not get solution about my new sim. If I go to dialog office it’s terrible. Long queue
I've visited for repair my dialog tv remote controller.they checked and let me it is fine and no any error.but still not working properly.not good customer service.

Easy to access new sim connection point took like 8 minutes, and walked out with a preactivated sim.just LKR 100 and got balance of 100 LKR and a welcome offer of 10 GB social media balance.
Yesterday day I want to dailog You brach They responded unsatisfied when they went to get TV connection. The service expected by the customer is lacking
Great service given. This is actually my point of view. Ques are minimised by an online token method which is great. My problem was solved within 30 minutes.
I need following two services to be done:
1. To relocate the dialog TV antenna.
2. Decoder is slow and it takes nearly 5 minutes to switch on

I really appreciate and like dialog services a lot, in fact everyone at my house uses dialog but we all have different issues with dialog. I have been trying to get a new sim during this period of time, I’ve tried calling dialog and messaged on watsapp yet no proper reply. Next my WiFi connection is terrible, I’ve been struggling during the pandemic due to poor WiFi connection. I’m hoping to change my WiFi connection if dialog is not planning on responding to my complaints. Please be customer friendly, don’t give us hotline numbers which will finally say, our guys are busy and all that, give us a proper phone numbers to contact and speak, it’d make our lives easier!
Even before I checked with customer care to replace a new sim with this branch and they said the have available new sims and when I go there no new sims available.wrost servive

Today I visited Dialog Arcade, DS Senanayaka Street, Kandy and my token number was 52.
I wanted to sort out my kids addiction to certain moviee channels which they have added on thier own. So this smart kind lady applied her knowledge and experience to sort it out.
This is not the first time that she went out of her way to help a customer. Several months ago I was lucky enough to meet the very same lady where I thought of buying a router would solve my problem of online teaching. Whereas again she checked my account and suggested why don't you switch on wifi instead of spending for a router which was necessary only for a short period of time.
What I noticed so outstanding about her is, she's intelligent and would offer us a better solution by being practical. Not forgetting, she she saved my unnecessary expenses plus all the hazzle.
Her name is Kalani. That's all i know about her. I'm not petsonally known to her. But I'm one of the rare people who would apreciate another pretty lady for her wonderful capabilities.
So thumps up! Well donr! I highly appreciate the service there. Everytime I go, we are welcomed as attended to politely and immediately.
