This service center related to my Air conditioner (free service), didn’t come for service for a year, try to contact the Kurana service center, they relocated the place, phone is also not responding to the branch, i physically went to the place and open a new job, didn’t get any response from them, so I contacted wellawata head office, they again gave me a job number. It’s the company’s responsibility to do the follow-ups thus products are depreciated soon as a result customers need to bear the cost. Please try to improve your service. Abance is a recognized name, pls don’t spoil it.

Very poor service my refrigerator was informed to them in Februaru this year and they said a parts need to be replaced. They only picked it up 4 months later.and UpToDate excuse is no part.very poor and useless service will never touch abans products in future.

I've been trying to get an internal service done for my air conditioner because of low cooling, its been more than one month & i have made 6 calls still abans couldn't fix it
I want to buy another air conditioner but definitely not from abans because they give so many guarantees before you buy but after we have to beg for them

Very Poor service. I informed of a defect in my Washing machine on the 7th July. My Job no is HOLGWM070723F0903 and was told a technisian will visit within 4 working days. Since no one visited I phoned and inforemd on the 5th day for which the call center assured that some will visit immediatly. Agin on the 7th day I informed and wanted to speak to a manger to complaint. However the call center informed it will be actioned immediatly. Today is 17th July noone has visited.

She the most horrible person I ever had the misfortune to speak to.
She just likes to sit her ass down al day and bullshit the customers. Nothing ever gets done by her. Honestly she should go home get some menial labor job where she can’t do any harm
The least this idiot could do is Jz shut up and listen.

Dear Abans
I'm not certain whether anyone bothers to read what customers write. Not any of the Directors et al, I'm sure. For the last three days, I've been trying to get a front lock for a Mitsubishi pedestal fan. The Agent who spoke to me on two separate occasions assured the service centre would call me. Today, the Agent transferred my call. All I got was a recording: This number is not in use. Up to the moment of writing zilch. This is not the first time I've been disappointed with Abans. So it's just another disappointed customer. Thank you Abans

When you call 0115 555 888 number its keep on saying "We are sorry to keep you waiting" again and again without answering. It was the same the 4 times I called. I am typing this while listening to this recording for nearly one hour. Just once after a long wait some one came on line and while I tried to enquire about my washing machine part which was removed and taken for repairs on 22 March 2022 by Malith of Abans the operator who answered my call put me on hold even before I could say a few words. Appreciate if you can provide us with some reliable numbers to check on the appliances that were taken for repairs. Still the recording is going on. "We are sorry to keep you waiting"

Bottle cooler been at the service Center since 6th November 2021.
Unable to get through to service Center even after being on hold for more than 1 hour.
Spoke to the manager Thilina, who said they will look into and send a quote but blocked my number subsequently.
Who do we turn to?
Is there no higher level manager who can sort out matters properly.
Utterly disappointed.

Very expensive parts.to buy a new blender is Rs. 8900 but to the blender cup Rs. 6500.
Can buy a new one with spending more Rs2400.
What a pricing method. What I get to now they sell the low quility products and earn much from the repairs.
Even for repairs will take mothes.bad service
Some products they sell but will not repair.

Horrid service! Was asked to collect the repaired item.that too after 3 weeks of following up. Had to wait 20 minutes until I was told that there is something still wrong with the 'repaired' item and to come back when they call. Would not recommend buying any products from Abans even though I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years.

I send my wall fan for claiming warranty bcs it’s not working after two months of use. I gave it to kaduwela Abans on 17th May 2021. Today is 10th October and I didn’t get any response yet. I went to Kaduwela showroom and they said they didn’t even get any response. Do we need to keep trusting about Abans warranty ‍️

Extremely poor services, no one picks the phone inspite of running a recorded message " your call is important to us". The few times the phone was answered they promised to get back but never complied. I would certainly not like to have any dealings with ABANS
