87 Abans washing machine AWF550 purchased from the Duty-free shop at BIA stopped working after two years and five months. After inspecting the washing machine by Abans technician he removed and took the circuit board with him for repairs and replaced the same after few weeks, but still it was not working due to faulty repair, then he took the same back for repair and now Abans says the circuit board has to be replaced but they don't have the circuit board in stock and they don't know when they will receive new circuit board. We have been calling them repeatedly for more than a month to follow up but no use. We have already paid for inspection charge + repair charge for a non-working circuit board, also I visited their service center in wellawatta to inquire about the status of my complain, unfortunately their response is very much irresponsible, rarely they answer the telephone call, Abans service is horribly poor. I never recommend Abans products.

Don`t use this services. This staff and manager liers. My washing machine PCB board is missing. Still no reply. Manager name is Mr waruna.
Abans don’t need competitors, their own service staff which they pay monthly make customers dissatisfied

Very unprofessional. No trail of the problem reported or they are too lazy to look for it. Everytime i call i had to re- state the problem. Although they promise to get back, they never get back. Very poor after sales service,
Called for a service of a washing machine on 9th March 2021 to Kandy branch. I did not receive a technician until today. Called repeated several times. No response.
I would appreciate if the management takes the necessary arrangement to regulate the proper service.

When you call 0115 555 888 number its keep on saying "We are sorry to keep you waiting" again and again without answering. It was the same the 4 times I called. I am typing this while listening to this recording for nearly one hour. Just once after a long wait some one came on line and while I tried to enquire about my washing machine part which was removed and taken for repairs on 22 March 2022 by Malith of Abans the operator who answered my call put me on hold even before I could say a few words. Appreciate if you can provide us with some reliable numbers to check on the appliances that were taken for repairs. Still the recording is going on. "We are sorry to keep you waiting"
I visited here last week and had my TV repaired. Service is good. Just don't waste your time calling them. They never answer the phone. You have to visit them to get your work done.

I purchased a LG washing machine last December 2021, and had continuous breakdowns aince January this year, repeated visits of technician didn't help much and after turning it over to the service centre I had to wait for over a month due to COVID Lockdown. Whenever I visited the SC I was very disappointed over the bad quality service I and others received. But on my last visit I spoke to Regina of SC and she took over and made sure the repaired machine was delivered promptly and made sure it was installed by a technician. Even after the delivery and installation, Regina made it a point to check with me about how the machine was operating post repairs.
I was quite impressed and felt positive about the SC only after receiving this excellent service from Regina. Hope others would emulate.

I came here to fix my blender which is under warranty. I would like to mention that overall experience was excellent.
This service center related to my Air conditioner (free service), didn’t come for service for a year, try to contact the Kurana service center, they relocated the place, phone is also not responding to the branch, i physically went to the place and open a new job, didn’t get any response from them, so I contacted wellawata head office, they again gave me a job number. It’s the company’s responsibility to do the follow-ups thus products are depreciated soon as a result customers need to bear the cost. Please try to improve your service. Abance is a recognized name, pls don’t spoil it.
