A corrupted institution. Service standards & safety of the products handed over for repair is not ensured by the Service centre. It is not a customer centric institution.

I purchased a LG washing machine last December 2021, and had continuous breakdowns aince January this year, repeated visits of technician didn't help much and after turning it over to the service centre I had to wait for over a month due to COVID Lockdown. Whenever I visited the SC I was very disappointed over the bad quality service I and others received. But on my last visit I spoke to Regina of SC and she took over and made sure the repaired machine was delivered promptly and made sure it was installed by a technician. Even after the delivery and installation, Regina made it a point to check with me about how the machine was operating post repairs.
I was quite impressed and felt positive about the SC only after receiving this excellent service from Regina. Hope others would emulate.

Abans don’t need competitors, their own service staff which they pay monthly make customers dissatisfied

Very very poor service.till 2020 March they haven't washing machine output pipe and they no need to resoul our issues. I'm totally disappointed, why we buy everything from ABANS.

Great service from Abans team. I had a Hoover Dishwasher to be serviced and the service coordinator Regina called to ask details and scheduled the technician to come at a specific time. She called later to check on the job being completed. Very helpful and responsive. The technician Chathura also was very polite and efficient and trained well to do the job.

Called for a service of a washing machine on 9th March 2021 to Kandy branch. I did not receive a technician until today. Called repeated several times. No response.

I would appreciate if the management takes the necessary arrangement to regulate the proper service.

I gave a washingmachine for them to service then they say they have no parts and want to get more money off me so they asking for 4300 lkr just to return the item back without even doing anything. When I complained about it they increased the price to 6300! These people are just mad! After sales is minus zero. Do not buy anything from them in the first place.

They are trying to improve good customer service using modern technology but some processes are in traditional way. Some approval process within the departments is not improved yet. After informing about the complaint, customer should be follow up the progress.

A place where you can get repairs for your electronics and electronic equipments bought through Abans showrooms. There is more waiting in the line to get repairs. You can not get laptop repairs here. You should go to Abans IT centre in duplication road to get Laptop repairs

One should never give any appliance for repair unless for warranty repairs. They will rip you clean for non warranty repairs and if you dont want to repair after quote a fee of Rs, 500.00 is charged to get your equipment bank, even though it took less than 5 mts.for quote

Experience some delay in parts inquiries but representatives are friendly. However phone lines are always busy.

Worst customer service. Don't buy anything from Abans. I bought a new refrigerator. Stopped working after 11 days. And they refuse to give me a new one. They said they can't do anything.if I want a new one go to Consumer Affairs Authority and make a complaint.

When it comes to repairs they take there own time even after paying the full amount for the repairs. Very very disappointed.

Very bad experience! Waited for 3 months to replacing part to arrive then they said its problem of panel so its beyond repairable level and not worthy to replace it.some local technician already diagnosed the problem and confirmed us its not problem of panel and its a power PCB problem.
