Authorized Service provider and service center for LG products. Parking available. Good customer service. Spare parts for the electrical appliances are available for sale.

They advertise as 24 hr after sales assistance but hotline is out of service at 8: 04 AM on November 10,2018.

Please do not buy Abans products. After sale service is horrible, they say that they will come back which never happens. Really disappointing

Very poor my Honeywell cooler
Given for replacement of water pump two weeks they could not get the spares. We pressed several times no action I had to bring home same condition.

Friendly staff but slow service. It took 10 minutes to get a small micro-switch for an appliance despite giving all product details.

Extremly inefficiet service. I am trying to get a job card opened for F/Freezer repair. The woman who answered closed the job card opened on April last year and sent a message to that effect. No new job card given. It dfoes appeaar they are very busy since it is very dificult to get some one to answer the phone. This indicate they have loads of problems with thier products. I will never go near an Aban shop ever again.

Really lousy customer service.few times we have very bad feeling about after service of Abans.we're customers from Glodstar brand name.but now we need to waiting more than two weeks to get repair/service from Abans technical team
