Very expensive parts.to buy a new blender is Rs. 8900 but to the blender cup Rs. 6500.
Can buy a new one with spending more Rs2400.
What a pricing method. What I get to now they sell the low quility products and earn much from the repairs.
Even for repairs will take mothes.bad service
Some products they sell but will not repair.

I handed over my refrigerator for repair to Matara on 15th November. Nothing has been done till 30th. For more than 2 weeks
Even an estimate was not given and I was asked to wait till they contact me. Don't know review when?
After the review I got an estimate and repair completed within another week. I could bring it back on 6th December.

I visited here last week and had my TV repaired. Service is good. Just don't waste your time calling them. They never answer the phone. You have to visit them to get your work done.

Cl karama ada niwadu heta niwadu labana sathiye ilaga sathiye kiya kiya boru kiuwa. December 20 idan me wenakn cl karanawa thawath awe na. Janadipathila wage kathawa. Service ekanm anthimai. Apita ghnna one mewagen badu gnnawata. Danna kenekta unath kiynawa kisi deyk gnna epa kiyla.

Horrid service! Was asked to collect the repaired item.that too after 3 weeks of following up. Had to wait 20 minutes until I was told that there is something still wrong with the 'repaired' item and to come back when they call. Would not recommend buying any products from Abans even though I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years.

I send my wall fan for claiming warranty bcs it’s not working after two months of use. I gave it to kaduwela Abans on 17th May 2021. Today is 10th October and I didn’t get any response yet. I went to Kaduwela showroom and they said they didn’t even get any response. Do we need to keep trusting about Abans warranty ‍️

Extremely poor services, no one picks the phone inspite of running a recorded message " your call is important to us". The few times the phone was answered they promised to get back but never complied. I would certainly not like to have any dealings with ABANS

Never go there, I don’t recommend anyone to go there. Because I went with my Microwave oven and they took almost two weeks to identify the issue and their final observation was to throw it away and buy a new one from abans with given 10% discount. Finally I asked to return my oven and it took almost 1 hour to find my one from their workshop. There were Many scratches and condition was totally horrible. When I was complaining this, they were blaming each other and they disappeared. Finally I repaired my oven from outside. Thanks abans I wont buy your products anymore.

I had a bad experience at the Abans Service Centre, Wellawatta and made a complaint to the higher authority. Then one Mr Gautham spoke to me and handle the matter in a professional way and got my Microwave repaired within a day. Officers like Mr. Gautham are asset to your organization.

Regina provided a excellant services and she was very courteous to the customers, she provided me with a immediate solution for the long long delay i experienced with your service center.
My repair requirment was not attended for 2 weeks, when i made a complaint to Regina she solved my problem promptly. Thankyour for the good services at counter and I want to inform that your Callcenter is very ineffective to the customers

Abans washing machine AWF550 purchased from the Duty-free shop at BIA stopped working after two years and five months. After inspecting the washing machine by Abans technician he removed and took the circuit board with him for repairs and replaced the same after few weeks, but still it was not working due to faulty repair, then he took the same back for repair and now Abans says the circuit board has to be replaced but they don't have the circuit board in stock and they don't know when they will receive new circuit board. We have been calling them repeatedly for more than a month to follow up but no use. We have already paid for inspection charge + repair charge for a non-working circuit board, also I visited their service center in wellawatta to inquire about the status of my complain, unfortunately their response is very much irresponsible, rarely they answer the telephone call, Abans service is horribly poor. I never recommend Abans products.

Horrible customer service! 4 months and still not responding. I don't know if my product is with them or not even! They keep disconnecting the calls!

I had an electrical appliance just down 7months of usage not working. Handed over to repair which they returned within the time frame, however faced the same issue once again and them returning again and problem continuing.

With this also costing alot of time I had to re assure that there is no point again repairing for which the Manager Regina who was quite responsive helped accommodate a replacement unit.

My only feedback is, let's ensure customer sales service to be also adapted to after sales service to be on par by ensuring the repairs are done on time and checked thoroughly to save many of the jobs you may get every day

Made a request for a washing machine repair on the 9th November. Still waiting for their visit for just an inspection after many reminders. Today is 22nd. November. In two minds whether to buy any thing from Abans in future. I have been an Abans customer for the last 35 years.

Job no: HOLGWM300621W0198 මැෂින් එක හදන්න දුන්නේ 2021/06/30. අද වෙනකන් තවම හදලා නෑ. කෝල් 50 වඩා ගත්තා, මේල් 10 වඩා යැව්වා. එතනට 10 වතාවකට වඩා ගියා. කිසිම කෙනෙක් හරියට තොරතුරක් ලබා දුන්නේ නෑ. 2021/10/ 12 ගියා එවිට මට කිව්වේ සිස්ටම් එක අවුල් වෙලා මැශින් එක පෙන්නන්නේ නෑ කියලා. වරද මගේද? මොවුන්ගේද? ඒත් අද වෙනකන් නියමිත දිනයක් කියන්නේ නෑ. කෝල් සෙන්ටර් එකෙන් කෝල් එක අන්ස්වර් කරලා දන්වන්නම් කියනවා පමණි. කිසිම ඇමතුමක් නෑ. කළමනාකාර තුමනි මේ පිළිබදව සොයා බලන්න.
